First off, this particular location has the most calm, cool, and blissful vibe that I’ve ever experienced. Secondly, the smiles and teamwork that I’ve had observed is priceless!! I’m so impressed and every worker is righteous, honorable, and noble and provides the utmost profound customer service.

Alissa is an amazing manager and has leadership that is packed with excellence !!!

May peace and bliss be with you all !!

Thank you!

Manager terrill was very rude, unprofessional, and aggressive. I go there all the time and even tip. There is no oversight whatsoever which enabled him to treat ppl any kind of way with no accountability. I observed two elderly ladies equally dissatisfied with the service.

Horrible customer service, barista named Zoe was rude and gave me dirty looks. Unbelievable, never seen anything like that before.

very disappointed in the quality of my drink. I mobile ordered an iced chai with extra chai and when I go to pick it up it is one shade lighter than milk and obviously doesn’t have extra chai. This is frustrating because if I’m paying $6 for a drink I expect it to be how I ordered, also as a student it’s even more frustrating because I don’t have time to wait for them to fix it.

Good neighborhood coffee place for quick catchup with friends and networking connects. Need I say, coffee is good as well (but getting little pricy.)

Extremely Disappointing Experience Using the Starbucks App

I had a very frustrating and unpleasant experience at Starbucks recently. I used the Starbucks app to place and pay for an iced tea order, expecting the process to be smooth and efficient. Instead, I waited 20 minutes for my drink. I went up to check on my order twice, and both times was told they didn’t have it—with zero explanation or attempt to help.

Eventually, a manager showed up, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. She never introduced herself, and I noticed she wasn’t wearing a name tag. When she finally said, “Your name is AL, and your order is right here,” I explained that yes, my name would obviously be visible since I used the Starbucks app to place and pay for the order.

I asked her name multiple times, and she refused to tell me. I even recorded a video clearly showing she had no name tag and ignored my direct question about her name. Her dismissive and disrespectful attitude was shocking for someone in a management position.

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but this experience has made me seriously reconsider. If Starbucks doesn’t follow up on this incident and address the issue properly, I will not be returning. There’s no excuse for such poor service and lack of accountability from staff.

Almost 20 minutes waiting for coffee at the drive through, ridiculous

It was barely at 10:30 am and the cashier was already stressed. It looked like the manager, I was like training someone. But I didn't like the deal. And when my sandwich was ready, she throw it. I found it rude, I don't know how there can be people like that working with public

There is nothing worse than an unfriendly batista at Starbucks. I visited with a friend around the holidays. I had crem Brule late with oat milk. I requested half of the syrup. It came out very sweet. I requested a tad of drip coffee to offset the sweetness. The batista said I have to pay for it. I decided to pay for another shot of espresso. The POS machine jammed. I took 3 people to look at my order, and it took some time to get my espresso shot. The coffee shop was almost empty when this happened. Can you imagine if this was rush hour. I'll never go back there.
