Customer service is not nice. They didn't put the main ingredient in drink. When you ask lady said they are out of stock.. then aren't you suppose to inform it ? And didn't even apologize. Out of all my experience at starbucks the first location that has staff that's not nice .

My favorite Starbucks — hands down! The team at the Lorimar & Preston location in Plano is always friendly, fast, and they get my drink perfect every time. The vibe is great whether I’m grabbing a quick coffee on the go or sitting for a few minutes to catch up on work.

This was the most Amazong drink - I have ever had in my life!!! Sarah provided amazing service and a very warm and welcoming experience - you can tell she really cares and loves what she does!!! Evelyn made the most magical, enchanting, and lushes drink I’ve ever had - no exaggerations!!! She took the time and patience during a very busy time and rush, and she made my complicated crazy drink the perfection- and didn’t miss any of my crazy selections!!! The new Affogato is not to be missed !!! The flavors were complex and layered and the best energy and happy mood I’ve ever had!!! This is the best location in town!!!
