This is my go-to neighborhood Starbucks. The people are wonderful! Friendly, helpful, etc. The food and atmosphere are typical Starbucks, so I can’t give those a 5, but they’re always consistent with the brand and you know what you’re getting.

I love Starbucks, but the service this Sunday morning, December 8, is terrible, it took them 1 hour and 15 minutes to give me my order and because I went back to the checkout to ask and they treated me in a very bad way

The people who buy Starbucks every morning are what economists call “morons”. Overpriced burnt coffee. Learn how to make coffee at home. It’s simple and will save you money. It also tastes way better than this dirty water they call “coffee”.

Not as clean as they used to be. Made a chilled coffee on my new Keurig brew and chill, probably saved myself $5 for one drink alone.

Hesitant to to brew me a pour over, hesitant to remake my drink when they messed it up, refused to refund my drink or let me exchange it. Rude employees and managers. Poor customer service. I've been coming to this Starbucks for 10 years...it was not always like this.

Love Starbucks. I tried the Expresso Frappuccino and Mom had the Vanilla Bean Frappuccino...both were excellent!!! I pre-ordered on the app and both were ready on time.

Parking: Was with Mom and we parked in handicap, no problem. Their was a long line of about 6 cars when we arrived but cleared very fast.

First I don't like to be the person to leave reviews on places. It's just not my thing, however I believe this is definitely warranted today. This is my third time to go to this location and have had absolute horrible service. They are not welcoming, no smiles, and act like "how dare you order coffee". I walked out the first time going there because I stood there for about 10 min and no one walked over to take my order. They saw me standing there and I was very polite and waited knowing they are busy, but at least acknowledge your customer standing in line "hey I'll be with you shortly" cool no problem... waited... nothing, so I walked out. Did anyone try to say anything, no of course not-- one less coffee they have to make.

This morning I went to this location, because the other location I go to is relocating to their new store (which they are amazing and so welcoming and never ever have I felt so terrible for ordering COFFEE). So I order my coffee nothing to crazy... I wait for it, the woman at the end seemed very frazzled and not in a great mood. She handed me my drink and it was foamy and half filled. I asked her if she could top it off-- seemed like a problem and she said oh they just changed the Keg out. You should know that you have to let it run for a few to let the foam and air come down. So she proceeds to make me a new one--- takes it from me dumps mine out-- doesn't even take the time to read my order, just does what she wants and hands it to me. If I am paying 6.00 for a coffee could you at least put a smile on and not make your customer feel like crap for wanting what they PAID FOR!! Also, if you don't like your job then don't come to work!

Starbucks is busy in the morning, ALWAYS! It is nothing new.

I have never had this rude service from Dutch Brothers, 151, or any other Starbucks I have been too.

Do better!

Good Grief !Stop treating people like they have a disease if they don't order a blooming coffee or drink !You do sell food !Dont say the machine is going to ask me a question just say the machine is asking if you care to tip !I'm glad I did not tip ! As it took forever for someone to grab a stupid muffin from the case and put it in a bag & I said it was to go !Since when does a to go order not even get one napkin!Good Grief !Poor Service !Extremely Poor !

The Starbucks experience isn't as warm and cozy as it used to be. But the employees were greand everything once smooth. It was very busy so studying there would be difficult. But the crew at Starbucks handle the business with professionalism and courtesy.
