Good Grief !Stop treating people like they have a disease if they don't order a blooming coffee or drink !You do sell food !Dont say the machine is going to ask me a question just say the machine is asking if you care to tip !I'm glad I did not tip ! As it took forever for someone to grab a stupid muffin from the case and put it in a bag & I said it was to go !Since when does a to go order not even get one napkin!Good Grief !Poor Service !Extremely Poor !

Terrible Starbucks. Terrible customer service. The girl will blonde hair that worked today February 12, 2024 on Monday. She is a bully. She needs to be fired. She's very rude. She's unkind. She was gossiping about the customers. She never has a smile on her face. She starts problems with the customers. She was way out of line. She had a head set on today. Thur the drive thru. She's nasty. She makes fun of the customers. She is very mean. She says inappropriate things. She's an awful person. She embarrassed me. I do not like her. I can't believe she treated customers terrible.

The Starbucks experience isn't as warm and cozy as it used to be. But the employees were greand everything once smooth. It was very busy so studying there would be difficult. But the crew at Starbucks handle the business with professionalism and courtesy.

most incompetent and rude location. The manager will go out of her way to hold up a long line to rering your drink for a small amount of soy milk. I always order a short cup with two shots of espresso and I ask for steamed soy milk filled 3/4 of the way to the top. They constantly fill it up only halfway, and then when you ask them to add a little bit more, they take an extra 10 minutes, remake it for some reason instead of just topping it off, and only add pure foam so you can't even taste the soy milk (but they will make sure to charge you for it! ) The coffee here is terrible anyways, but we really need some more local cafés opening up. It's ridiculous how many locations this craphole has.

This Starbucks has completely turned it around. It used to be the slowest ever. Now it's remodeled and always quick. The people working here are great. Always friendly and polite. Great Starbucks now.

okay. i feel bad leaving a negative review bc it was christmas eve. but i kid you not, the barista in the drive thru stuck his finger up his nose, flicked his booger, and then grabbed my drink all in one swift motion. mortified honestly. he wasnt wearing a name tag either, which as a previous starbucks partner i know is a big no no. i dont like getting people in trouble but stuff like this is completely avoidable and honestly gross, he was tall white and brunette, maybe somewhere in his 20’s with glasses and again, no name tag! im not a hater but i dont want booger coffee.

So disappointed ☹️ I came to buy a red cup which is $2 and I ordered a non holiday drink and they wouldn’t sale me the red cup?! I was like ok strange.But what got me was I ordered food and the one lady just called out my name and tossed my food on the counter! Wow I know it’s busy but come on!I will not be coming to this location again.

One of the worst Starbucks I have been to: I visit daily at others. People waiting for ever without a reason. Staff is not the best and the place is dirty. I waited for 30 minutes. Avoid this place.

I love this location Starbucks! I went drive thru today and got grande ice latte, which cost about 5.38 something like that, I paid 6.00 in cash, and he did not even give me change and just closed the window. It’s no big deal to give him change but, it is not right to take customers change like that. Hope he doesn’t do that with all other customers. Disappointing.

Despite Starbucks' reputation, this location disappointingly falls short. The drive-thru layout is poorly designed, leading to confusion, and order inaccuracies are frequent. Worst of all, the coffee often has a burnt taste, likely from overcooked milk. It's worth driving a little further to find a better Starbucks.
