My drink was made perfectly and tasted great! I really enjoyed the atmosphere at this location—the variety of seating options made it easy to find a comfortable spot to relax.

I arrived before they closed only to be ignored for several minutes. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that the drive through speaker didn’t work, so I pulled around. I was then ignored at the drive through window by at least 4 people (still before their posted closing time). Other customers were still being served at this point. Work ethic needs improvement.

I recently visited here and the customer service was excellent. I went through the drive through so did not get names, but have been there several times before and it’s always the same. This day I was not having a good day but the kindness and efficiency of the staff lifted my spirits.
It’s a little crazy but I always wondered about the messages on the cups and what good they did. This day I found out because the barista added ‘Have a great day!’ With a smiley and for some reason I actually smiled and decided that I would.
Keep being a pleasant place to visit for coffee!!!

Trying to get some work done before the SBux closes & interrupted multiple times by reminders that the store is closing at a certain time, causing the work to take even longer due to the focus interruption. It's quite evident when they're cleaning up for the day; why interfere the customers who are just trying to work?
I visited this location around 5:24pm today. I was pouring rain at the time I order; when I pull up drive thru window cashier greeted me and gave my total. At the time of handing out my order I notice no creamer and requested it. Noel with a rude tone said” next time let us know when you order it. I said to him well it was raining hard, but I did said it while quickly closing my car window. Terrible and disrespectful experience.

Worst drinks I've ever had. Still at drive thru trying to have them remake it ( I have never ever had Starbucks remake a drink). Anyway. The drive thru Karen got angry at us. She wouldn't take the drink back!

This was the friendliest Starbucks I think I’ve been to. From when I walked in and was cheerfully greeted to brief conversation and my lavender matcha order was ready on time at 7:52. My exit was just as friendly and my order was correct and tasted great. This location is not typically a part of my routine, but I was nearby and decided to stop. I am so happy that I did. All three workers that helped two guys and a lady barista were awesome. Thanks for making my morning

My friend and I came to this location I think around 8:05 PM last Saturday. The individual who took my friend’s order first had a very negative facial expression. They were not friendly, and made the drink and then slid it to us without even notifying us. I then walked up to make my order, and they looked at me like I was an inconvenience and had an attitude with me. I placed my order, and then it was made for me. The individual clearly did not want to be there, and it’s a bit concerning someone working the front counter would have that much of a negative attitude. While they did not directly say anything rude to us, their facial expressions and energy spoke volumes. The establishment was not closing for 30 minutes, so it’s not like we were walking in last minute. We also got our drinks to go based on that attitude. We won’t return to this location.
