I wanted to leave a review for the wonderful woman who serviced me here earlier today. I had just gotten off of a really difficult shift and decided to swing by to grab a coffee for my partner, and a drink for myself. And I'm astounded by how quickly my mood went from poor, to walking out the door smiling. I was happily serviced by Shawntel B. Who was engaging in conversation, cracking jokes, and being an absolute ray of sunshine. Her customer service is far beyond excellent, and her personality is exuberant! So if you are reading this, thank you so much for being authentically you and brightening my day <3

Drinks are always great but the short girl with long black hair is very rude. We walked up and she got annoyed. Didn’t even say Hi or thank you or anything. We said thank you while grabbing our drinks and she turned and walked away. I won’t go back. Customer service is important.

Stopped by to get a latte and a pastry around 9:45 on Friday morning. The girl that was working seemed annoyed that she had to stop filling out whatever paperwork in order to help me. Takes my order incorrectly, I corrected her prior to her transacting the sale so she adjusted for price and size. That’s all well and good and I can handle being served by a less then outstanding barista but what she served was no where near the 21 ounces. Her portions, ratios, temperatures were all way off.She needs an attitude adjustment and a lot of bar training.My apologies for attempting to bring you business.
