Starbucks continues to treat IN-STORE Customers as third-class citizens. Mobile orders are routinely prioritized over IN-STORE Customers that must wait for 20-30 minutes, waiting for 20 mobile orders to be made before an in-store beverage can be made. This has continued far too long at too many stores across the United States. I'm simply finished with bad, bad, customer service. Time to find a new coffee company.

The lady who took my order was very rude. Didn’t say hi or thank you. She glared at me as I was trying to get my Starbucks app to work. I do not recommend this location to anyone

People come here for their coffee. Their morning pep, but when you come and one of the workers assumes you don't belong because of how you talk or your color then that's when we cross the line. How can Starbucks have someone so hateful working for them?

Been coming here daily for a few months. As a 27-yr veteran in 5-star hospitality, I know what to look for. The staff here is great. They welcome you and remember things- like putting a packet of homey on my tea so I don’t need to ask for it. This Starbucks also has the best atmosphere of any Starbucks. Kudos!

On a busy Saturday night tonight, this one guy behind the counter was the only one making drinks and was really on top of things! He even checked with us to make sure we are getting the right drink and dessert. Please give him a raise! (Could not catch his name)

This Starbucks location is always busy, but their team is exceptional at consistently providing great service! Sunny, Vitria, Loren, Ansel, Jessica, Max and crew are always so kind! I know they genuinely care about their regulars and it’s so fun to catch up!

I live in Legacy West so I’m not gonna pretend like I’m not gonna keep coming here. But the service is consistently pretty not great. Which is overshadowed by how good the location and ambience is. Will come again!

Not a bad experience. I think the place was nice and clean and up to par for what you would expect to see in Starbucks. There were a lot of customers and they seemed to handle them well and in a timely manner. We got the iced banana something (it was cold) and grande white chocolate mocha.

Very disappointed with this Starbucks I’ve come here for so many years and what happened last night was truly disappointing. My mom was feeling nauseous and not well, with many people in the line I asked one of the baristas if they could really quickly make me an ice cold water telling them my mom was sick. A rude lady acted like I was stupid and said there was a line. Shocking coming from a Starbucks reserve rude service!!!!!!!
