Hidden store, pay for parking, no refunds for orders. Good luck
One thing I don't like to see is a manager lambasting their employee. It's uncomfortable to see. Congratulations. You have a little bit of power. Stop abusing it to be ugly to people. Hate seeing that sort of thing.

Do I even have to say anything
Of course this isn’t a reserve… have you been here recently and to an actual Reserve? It’s jammed packed with guests and little kids who are no longer here for the atmosphere and higher quality coffee. Lego Land would be a quieter spot to enjoy a cup.

Why did you change this from a Reserve to a regular old Starbucks? This was previously a destination location. It’s not that any longer. The new CEO needs to be replaced with someone who can actually make the company better and not move it back to the Stone Age. Be better.

Not a Starbucks Reserve, just a normal Starbucks
Please bring back Starbucks reserve, it made this one of the most special Starbucks our state has to offer. It also made some of the best coffee I've ever had so I'm so sad..

Really sad that I come to this location just about every day and get the same thing. Today, my drink was half full which was a bummer for a $7-$8 drink. So, I sent my associate back to fix the problem and they send back the exact same amount of latte (Half full) and I am so frustrated because this never happens when I get this drink. Please train your staff to be consistent with the level of product you sell to your customers. This can/will make you lose business.
Not a reserve. Dishonest for the company to not change this after months of it being a regular Starbucks
No longer a Reserve... which is fine, but Starbucks now essentially offers Pike Place. Period. Only their burnt house blend is available. Sure, they show Blonde Roasts and other seasonal options behind the register as if they are available... but they are not brewed (only mornings, you know, because Starbucks doesn't serve coffee all day). When asked about pour-overs of any of their featured coffees around the store, the response was "they take a long time." Instead, they will offer the quicker option - their version of a Keurig (Clover) instead of actually making a decent cup of coffee. General disappointment from this location and maybe the direction of the franchise in general. Will not return to a "busy" coffee store that was reluctant to make coffee.
Also, don't get me started on the fact I can no longer pour in my own creamer... thumbs down all around.
