Drove out of our way to visit the Starbucks Reserve. No longer a Starbucks Reserve, hasn't been one since October. Change your name online, very misleading, and dare I say, unprofessional. Saw a review pointing out, this location no longer being a Reserve, and you replied and then still didn't not change it.Staff is great though. The 1 star is for the business.

My favorite Starbucks as it has coffee you can't get at other stores. It's in the heart of Legacy West, and I get to walk to it❤️
After I left, I realized they overcharged me twice in my order, and the order was wrong anyway...Why I think this is not random??? Do they later cancel the order and pocket the money?? Not sure...
