This is a really solid Starbucks in Plano! I’ve been coming here for years. It has a drive thru and a large sitting area inside. The store is always clean and the staff is really friendly!
I’ve never had any issues with my drinks or any food I’ve gotten. My orders are usually prepared really fast and the drive thru lines move quickly as well.

Tried to tell me a venti is not a large 👀 is a grande a large ? Thought that was a medium 🤷♀️ and matcha didn’t have enough matcha tasted like cereal milk. Should have asked her to make it again but girl already had to remake it once because she thought a large is a grande. It’s okay boo boo now u know.

The iced lavender cream oatmilk matcha is absolutely amazing! The combination of matcha with the subtle floral hint of lavender is so unique and delicious. Mackenzie was super sweet and accommodating, replacing the regular foam with non-dairy foam to make it perfect for me. The drink is smooth, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. Highly recommend trying it!

I was a bit surprised by service today. I typically go through the drive through and the baristas have always been friendly. I decided to sit in today and my experience was the completel opposite.
I walked in and there a Caucasian girl (blonde working the front and an African American girl working the drive through.
We walked in and were not greeted by anyone which was weird I. sat there and kind of looked toward them hoping we could get an acknowledgement to start the order and was ignored. She finally started taking my order and had a very poor attitude like I was inconveniencing her.
Breakfast sandwich was good, as was as the cocoa but the carmel macchiato was watery.
As sat in I could hear another barista (short with brown hair) greeting each customer and being nice. ( I think they changed shifts) The other 2 ladies need to get it together.
For delivery if you order from Parker and Alma Rd don't expect it anytime soon employee's here have a problem working with each other drivers picking up are ignored while the order sits there getting cold why do they work for Starbucks with terrible attitudes don't order from this location !!

I went to the drive thru to order a Oatmilk Iced Matcha Latte and the Drive Thru employee named "Cher" she was a young brunette employee with tatted arms and french braids she was very mean to me and threatened to harm me. I smiled at her and paid for my Drink and she instantly went over to her co-worker who was a young African American male named "Gabe" and started talking trash about me. She said, "If someone gives you negative energy and mean girl vibes wouldn't you do the same in return, wouldn't you hurt them in return". She said that I was a mean girl and that she would be rude to me in return when I never did anything to her. I did report Cher to the manager.
