I always go here and this is my first time getting my order incorrect. I did order a medicine ball but I received a grande lav oat latte. The person on that drive through is new and I do understand her situation but she should be more detail oriented to ensure that she’s giving the right order to the customer cos this waste of our time and money.

I get my breakfast and coffee every morning on my way to work, today I went to meet a friend and I asked for a water which they refused mentioning I can get tab water only if I perched. I am a customer for 10+ years. Very sad!

This Starbucks has gotten so much better since Davina Carrillo started working here. With my busy schedule, Davina has made it so easy to get my day started! Being that she's the first person I come across before work, she sets such a positive vibe and you can tell she is a leader with her team! Services polite, friendly, attentive, good selection. They accept the Starbucks app so you get points. As for atmosphere, it’s connected to a hospital waiting room. plenty of seats no problem there just not a typical artistic Starbucks. Parking is a bit of a walk, but most of us need the exercise anyway.
Parking: I don’t know if parking valet is for everyone or just patients being dropped off
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a covered drop off with wheelchair access. It’s a hospital 😊
Do not come. It's in the hospital and the closest hospital gate was closed. Took us ten minutes walking through the emergency gate to get the coffee and get out...

Patients can’t even get anything from here unless they have legs to be able to go get it themselves or have to use expensive door dash from another Starbucks from 5 miles away! Ridiculous!! Feel sorry for these people!!

Went to starbucks the 5th of july @ 8pm and the barista was sooo rude. Didnt speak to me. When my order went through i stood there for 2 whole minutes and asked if my payment was good. She was leaning over on the counter watching her phone. I am a nice person. But i would never give back the service i just had. I will not be back and will let my fellow co-workers know
