Want to thank Mike and his team for providing great hospitality toward my complicated order. With his help, we were able to pivot when one of the ingredients was out of season. My friend's order was perfect and made her day, our new favorite spot. Can't wait to come back!

The girl at drive through was extremely rude
Not letting me finish taking and would shut the window into my face and cutting me off to get to the next car ordering at the box.

The staff at this location are so rude, and plan on it taking an hour to get a cup of coffee, and if you have a service dog like me, they dont like pets, so go elsewhere .. I should be treated better if I'm paying $8 for a cup of coffee..

Over 30 minutes waiting for the second part of an order (got the first in less than 2 minutes).
Asked if there was an issue 20 minutes in ; was told it should be coming soon, and got an apology for the wait.
It's hot coffee with cream... Over. 30. Minutes.
Whatever Starbucks is doing to curb their employees from getting overly swamped so easily does not seem to be working if three stressed employees can't seem to keep up on "less busy than usual" day.
Update: got it. Misplaced, apparently. Go figure. Almost like that wouldve taken less than a minute of doing more than shruging and saying "someone else should be getting it ready." Thanks. Appreciate feeling like my efforts to not be upset at the situation amounted to turning invisible.
Guess I should learn my lesson and just start complaing loudly right away next time.

The guy at the drive thru this morning was super rude and condescending. I had a gift card and want to use that balance to pay for it. He asked me if i wanted to use my points and i said no the balance on the card (i was showing him the starbucks app where it clearly shows a cash balance ). And he scoffs. Smh made me not even want the drink anymore. Such a bad attitude early in the morning is uncalled for.

Slowest Starbucks ever! Unfortunately, it’s the closest one to my house. Every time I go there I’m in line from 10 to 20 minutes. That’s crazy!
The service was fine and so were the drinks but there are bugs flying around (fruit flies?) constantly

Always a hostile eyeroll of an experience. I used to work for Starbucks. I asked for a black cold brew. I told her I tasted strawberry acai. She pretty much called me a liar although it happens sometimes. I wasn’t blaming her. I went to throw the drink away in front of her so she didn’t think I was just trying to get an extra drink and she yelled NO in my face ?. Lol it’s almost comical how difficult my simple order was made out to be.

I ordered the same drink that I get every time so I know what it tastes like regularly, but this is the first time I came to this location and I will probably not come here again because my drink tasted funky.

I gave the service one star because Naseem ( bless her heart) was the only one filling orders. The guy at the drive through stood there taking orders while she worked alone filling orders. The manager was in the back, came out and was more concerned with stocking the food cooler than making drinks. Mind you I was the only one at the counter With no one after me. Also, they cleared the drive through before they even attempted to fix my 2 drinks and that didn’t happen until I said something. It was so bad a customer dining in noticed the lag in my order and wondered what happened . This location need to do better.

A simple order, 2 cappuccino's, they take my money. 10 min later they ask for my name on the order. They say they can't find it!!! I will never find a starbucks again!!!! Good Riddance to severe incompetence!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
