Visited this place on 01/10 around 5.30pm . The lady, who took my order was very sweet and welcoming, made my evening. My white chocolate mocha was perfectly made. Wish I could get the pumpkin spice year around 😀.

i ordered a VT Macha (no ice bc it hurts my teeth) with soy and 5 pump peppermint.

this is what i got after i questioned all the foam on my cup when it felt so light. to the guy in the drive through that’s wanted to tell me i wasn’t right and that’s the way they come. this is disheartening. that was my one time stop at this location. i will go not be back to this location. i’d hate to see what a tall would look like.

I was very excited to have this location open, it's quite convenient for me. However, it has not been the best experience. Everytime I go my drink is made differently than before. It's always the same drink so I'm not sure why the change but when I tried asking about it, I was quickly and rudely told it was made exactly as ordered and it's correct. We can ignore the fact that I've ordered that same drink for literally years and no, it's not made correctly. The tables are always dirty too. They seem to have full staff but while I was waiting for my order (which came 13 minutes past the time the app said it would be ready) I noticed how chatty the staff was with each other. They'd stop what they were doing to seemingly gossip and that slowed things down. The drive thru staff was working very hard but the ones focusing on in store customers were not and I'm fairly confident it was the manager working with in store customers. When it came time for my drink to be finished, I got this sad looking mixture of some coffee, majority foam and it was covered in a small dollop of melted whipped cream. Which was odd because I was sitting right there when it was finished and it had not been sitting for more than 20 seconds when I noticed the sad cream. I also noticed I only had a very small sliver of actual coffee at the very bottom of the cup (which is visible in picture). I paid $10 for this.

They always take a few moments for some friendly chat with me while getting my order ready, they know me by name, and they always get my order right. They provide the best service of all the stores in the area!
