TAKES FOREVER!

I just waited AN HOUR for my order—and I pre-ordered through the app! This Starbucks has got to be the slowest I’ve ever been to. Seriously, if you don’t just have time to kill, order from another Starbucks and DoorDash it to your office here, it’ll be MUCH faster.

This is the worst Starbucks. I order the same exactly drink every morning and I’m not sure how it’s different every time. I have an issue with my drink when the same employee makes my drink and I have to return the drink every time for them to remake it. She makes smart remarks and a spectacle for all to hear. The convenience of having a Starbucks on the property is some how an inconvenience. I started leaving home 15 mins early just so I can go to my neighborhood Starbucks

I feel like a Karen I wanted to complain to a manager or corporate. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Starbucks in 20 years, and what’s worse is the location ROCKS! You can tell the employees are not morning people. OMG, the attitude, disregard, and almost intentional coldness and disrespect are unbelievable. Corporate or JPMC needs to look into this; there is a serious training problem here. I talked to other co-workers, and they confirmed the bad vibe. Most coworkers just get the free office coffee and tea.

Their drink pickup system is so confusing and constantly leads to people getting the wrong drinks. I watched the barista angrily mumble a person's name. Later, that person came up asking about their drink, and the barista had a bad attitude. The whole staff just seems angry and very cliquish. You have to watch your drink being made, because they will sit it down without saying your name loud enough.

It sucks because, as a JP Morgan Chase employee, you’re kind of locked into going there.

There is a very negative culture among the staff at this Starbucks, w wierd click-ish vibe, and customer service is not a priority. The staff needs some retraining.

The atmosphere outside of the staff is awesome. The location is super convenient, coworkers are vibing, chatting, and networking, and it’s a super positive, productive vibe. You're on the beautiful JPMC campus. An awesome vibe!!

Once you get through the staff... A coworker recommended ordering ahead on the app so you don’t have to deal with the nasty attitude of the staff, smh.

I’m reading other reviews that mimic my same sentiments.

This place has great possibilities, and I hope it improves.

I have always been taken care of at this location. As expected, a little slow but it's not like employees are standing around doing nothing. I am sure hundreds if not thousands go through this store daily so they handle it quite well for a corporate campus location.

It’s literally the worst customer service I’ve encountered at a Starbucks - the staff are so rude. I asked for more milk in my drink - like just a splash not to fill it up and the lady gave me this huge lecture in front of the whole Starbucks telling me that they need to charge me for giving me an extra splash and that next time I need to change my order. It’s the first time I asked for that and they made this huge deal about it. The whole staff needs to be retrained on customer service - I haven’t interacted with a single nice employee. Im surprised that the quality of the Starbucks in a corporate location is so low. I was showing a new employee the Starbucks and her first reaction was that the Starbucks person taking her order was rude. It’s not just me - most employees feel this way - even the new employee on her first interaction at this location.

By war the worst Starbucks i have been to. The employees are lazy, cannot understand basic orders and even forget the orders sometimes. They act like they are doing charity or working for free.

Live having on site, however this location was clearly not planned or prepared for the amount of people. They lack employees and lack equipment to be able to keep up with the orders. A normal order just for a grande iced caramel macchiato is taking 20-30 minutes. They have no black apron, seems like no management as the inside is typically lacking restock or peoper attention at times. The employees are nice, but the drinks are rushed and unfortunately not to proper expectation which is hard as were paying full price for drinks that are not to standard especially the liquid frappachinos and that take way to long.
