I have always been taken care of at this location. As expected, a little slow but it's not like employees are standing around doing nothing. I am sure hundreds if not thousands go through this store daily so they handle it quite well for a corporate campus location.

It’s literally the worst customer service I’ve encountered at a Starbucks - the staff are so rude. I asked for more milk in my drink - like just a splash not to fill it up and the lady gave me this huge lecture in front of the whole Starbucks telling me that they need to charge me for giving me an extra splash and that next time I need to change my order. It’s the first time I asked for that and they made this huge deal about it. The whole staff needs to be retrained on customer service - I haven’t interacted with a single nice employee. Im surprised that the quality of the Starbucks in a corporate location is so low. I was showing a new employee the Starbucks and her first reaction was that the Starbucks person taking her order was rude. It’s not just me - most employees feel this way - even the new employee on her first interaction at this location.

We drove to this location which apparently resides at the ground floor of a business building. It "looked" like a really nice place to be. Before you enter the area, there is a security guard who will tell you this Starbucks is restricted to the employees use only. If you don't work there, you may want to go to Shops of Legacy.

By war the worst Starbucks i have been to. The employees are lazy, cannot understand basic orders and even forget the orders sometimes. They act like they are doing charity or working for free.

Live having on site, however this location was clearly not planned or prepared for the amount of people. They lack employees and lack equipment to be able to keep up with the orders. A normal order just for a grande iced caramel macchiato is taking 20-30 minutes. They have no black apron, seems like no management as the inside is typically lacking restock or peoper attention at times. The employees are nice, but the drinks are rushed and unfortunately not to proper expectation which is hard as were paying full price for drinks that are not to standard especially the liquid frappachinos and that take way to long.

Service is okay. Nothing special in comparison to other Starbucks. There is a side room open that accommodates 10 people which is great for people that work there to meet some people. Problem is there is one weird guy that takes it over all to himself every day. Spreads papers out everywhere so nobody else can use it. I don't know why this location allows same person to use this as his personal office every day in a manner nobody else can use it.
