I’m assuming many of the people who left reviews are guests of the Marriott and not actually every day people who live in the area. They’re generally very understaffed for the amount of people they have come through there. So your wait time to get a coffee is going to be longer than usual… I guess unless you’re in Marriott Guest… or there for a business meeting. Because the Starbucks around the corner that is freestanding and on Legacy Drive has so much foot traffic, a Wednesday run group and regulars. We are in and out of there quickly. Way more people than what I’ve ever seen inside of the Marriott Starbucks. In the Marriott Starbucks takes forever to get your drink done.

asked for a triple- i know a grande comes with two shots- barista gas lit me and said it had three, but def didnt. sticker also didnt state it was a triple. but when i asked her, to clarify, she said she “makes all grandes triples just cause”. was met with attitude because my order was wrong? i used to be a partner and i get it- and this was just disrespectful. asked for brownie to be warmed and it wasnt - she pretty much snatched it out of my hand when i asked for it to be warmed. disappointing, because I even Asked about part-time employment opportunities, but will decide to take my time elsewhere as it’s obvious people are very rude in this Store

A little busy for a weekend but I guess that is to be expected. Drink was great.
Friendly staff. Clean environment and accurate service.
The person serving us had 2 other customers and was taking care of them but took the time to acknowledge and greet us. I appreciated the fact that the server told us they would be with us momentarily.
Great customer service seems to be rare these days. Certainly not here.
Our order was taken soon afterwards cheerfully and swiftly.
