I was stopping here to get the seasonal apple crisp drink last year, and the barista told me that he had a drink recipe that was similar and tastes like apple pie. It was the best Starbucks drink I have tried to this day. Someone please find me that recipe!!
I didn’t get the guy’s name but if anyone knows a guy that has an apple pie drink please let me know!

I tried to order a matcha tea latte and the barista name Rose was EXTREMELY rude to us. I didn’t realize that she started making my drink already before I had realized not to use regular milk. She tossed the drink in the sink right in front of us. She was also touching/warming up banana bread WHILE changing the trash. All these happened even right before she came out from the back and we were standing by the register for a bit. We had to go in the back to get her attention. I’m sure she was having a bad day therefore, she probably just needed to go home and not be around customers. I will never order from here again, at least not when she’s working.

Asked for a java chip, he gave us a mocha cookie crumble. He was more concerned with the target workers company than making my order correctly. For a 6+ dollar drink I would like it to be correct? Also zero stars for customer service. He didn't say a word. But did take the frap he made away from my daughter and handed her the other one smaller size? Do better I've managed 4. Super watery, no coffee flavor, all whip. Train better

I have often visited this particular Starbucks after shopping at Target. This location will not be just an “after shop” stop, but will be my go to location. Why? Serenity has such great service! She jokes, shows her big smile all the time and makes you feel welcomed. Jamar adds on to the experience with his extreme care for your order. These two both have made my drink better than any Starbucks I have been to. Keep up the great work Serenity and Jamar!!!!!

I came here to have a drink with my friend Last Sunday.I said to a young black guy that I needed a decaf coffee and I repeated it three times to make it sure it's drcaf.But He provided me a regular coffee and a burnt wrap.So it caused me sleepless the whole night.I can tell he did that on purpose.I won't go there anymore.

I went to the drive thru to order a Oatmilk Iced Matcha Latte and the Drive Thru employee named "Cher" she was a young brunette employee with tatted arms and french braids she was very mean to me and threatened to harm me. I smiled at her and paid for my Drink and she instantly went over to her co-worker who was a young African American male named "Gabe" and started talking trash about me. She said, "If someone gives you negative energy and mean girl vibes wouldn't you do the same in return, wouldn't you hurt them in return". She said that I was a mean girl and that she would be rude to me in return when I never did anything to her. I did report Cher to the manager.
Food on point. Internet just the way I needed. Got work done and got my body fed and some food snacks.

I mean it's "Starbucks". It was fine & as convenient as expected this time. Last I went was April when they totally botched my lavender matcha drink. I was so mad ? b/c it was my 200 pt freebie so I boycott til this July. It was ok today, but tell ya what, location does matter.
