Starbucks is a welcoming restaurant with friendly staff, including the "Golden Team" of Alexa, Jaylen, and Mona, who provide excellent customer service. The restaurant has a great space and servers, but the temperature can be a bit cold. One reviewer experienced issues with their order, including getting their drink wrong twice, and feeling like a nuisance. However, the staff was always nice and welcoming, even during a morning rush.
