This evening I made a mobile order for this Starbucks- just a plain iced green tea and a brown sugar shaken espresso. I pulled up to get my order (with nobody in front or behind me the entire time) and the person who answered seemed very annoyed and let me know that I placed my order and didn’t wait 5 minutes before coming through the drive through. I didn’t expect the drinks to already be made since it had only been a few minutes but this has never been a problem at other locations. When I got to the counter, the person brought me the second drink and rolled their eyes when I said thank you and asked for a straw and basically shut the window in my face. It was a person with short dark hair and wearing a backwards hat. I don’t know what the problem was but overall bad costumer service. This was the sign I needed to remind me not to go to Starbucks.

This Starbucks location has a great ambiance, both inside and out. The store itself is well-designed, clean, and inviting. The outdoor seating area is a nice touch, perfect for enjoying coffee on a good day. Inside, the atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, making it a great spot to work or relax. Service was friendly, and the drinks were made just right. Definitely one of the better Starbucks locations I’ve visited!

I Had Ordered A Water At First While I Look Thru The Menu And One Of The Girls Here Just Looked At Me And Gave A Face Saying Next Time She Wouldn't Give Me The Water Unless I Buy Something As Well. She Wasnt Aware I Was Going To Get Something But I Needed A While But Went Ahead And Still Acted A Bit Unprofessional. Its Was A Girl In A Hajab.

I've been going to this starsbucks for two years cause I work nearby. The staff on night shifts has been almost always very kind and I looked forward to seeing them. Recently everything has gotten worse. My drinks are continuously messed up and I do not have time to ask for a correction as I order on my break. Put ofbthe past five orders I've put in they've messed up twice. They put coffee in my drink (I cannot have coffee at all) and than they gave me the wrong kind of tea. As well the sandwich I ordered was apparently out of stock when I got there, except they didn't tell me and if I hadn't asked I would've simply been out $8 dollars. I waited for 10 minutes while they stood around just talking. I used to love this place as the staff really sold it but I'm sad the say that's no longer the case.

I’ve come here a couple times a week for a while and it seems like I have to get a super simple iced chai remade every time. First it tastes like plain cold milk and then when they remake it, it’s just chai concentrate and is undrinkable. It sucks.
