They’ve been kind of screwed by the recent closure of another nearby location, so now they’re always backed up by the extra traffic. That said, they definitely do their best with the situation they’ve been put in.
Coffee is always correct, service is always good, and everything is pretty consistent. If you somehow want more out of a Starbucks, you’re probably just pretentious and a bit entitled, like some of the people who complain when they aren’t greeted as they walk in. Some folks just want to feel special, I suppose.

Me and my sister went to grab coffee, and when we ordered I asked for a venti for both but the employee put grande. But got it fixed after they did the drinks. Please tell the employees to listen what the customers says on there order. Thx

I sincerely believe is the general manager has the negative effect on the high rotation of employees, the weak and deteriorating service and the quality of food that is available. All the excellent employees are gone and the new one are barely trained adequately.
No reusable cups unfortunately, but otherwise great service and location

Just heard an awesome social media review about Venus. hope thats spelled correctly. She sounds like a top notch, customer service professional, problem solver and positive Day maker employee. Will be visiting this location based on how Venus responds to a customer improperly served at another location.

This evening I made a mobile order for this Starbucks- just a plain iced green tea and a brown sugar shaken espresso. I pulled up to get my order (with nobody in front or behind me the entire time) and the person who answered seemed very annoyed and let me know that I placed my order and didn’t wait 5 minutes before coming through the drive through. I didn’t expect the drinks to already be made since it had only been a few minutes but this has never been a problem at other locations. When I got to the counter, the person brought me the second drink and rolled their eyes when I said thank you and asked for a straw and basically shut the window in my face. It was a person with short dark hair and wearing a backwards hat. I don’t know what the problem was but overall bad costumer service. This was the sign I needed to remind me not to go to Starbucks.

This Starbucks location has a great ambiance, both inside and out. The store itself is well-designed, clean, and inviting. The outdoor seating area is a nice touch, perfect for enjoying coffee on a good day. Inside, the atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, making it a great spot to work or relax. Service was friendly, and the drinks were made just right. Definitely one of the better Starbucks locations I’ve visited!
