I specifically chose this location due to the high rating because I HATE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and guess what I get? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. To the woman who worked the drive-thru on 2/22/24 @ 9:37am. Please just stay home next time. The fakest smile and most rude attitude!!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Never have had a bad experience with this location until today. Went to get three drinks and ordered through the drive through. Person who repeated back the orders kept saying it differently. Multiple times I asked if we had the correct orders, he said yes that’s just how it’s entered? Never had that happened before, usually they repeat back exactly how it’s ordered. When we get to the window we were handed someone else’s drink and the other two drink were incorrect. We were trying to say what was wrong and we had a second coworker (short guy with beard) over and rudely say what’s the issue now. I asked him what his issue was, all we were trying to do was get the right $8 each drink we were trying to get. I was in the drive through window for 20 minutes so I pulled up to park in front to not block the drive through. No one say me come in and they were saying that I drove off didn’t even see me, I said hey I did not drive off I came inside because no one was coming back to the window. Also brought inside the other drink that was wrong and the only sweet capable lady inside confirmed that the drink was indeed wrong and remade that one too. I also worked in the food industry and get it, y’all were busy and overworked. Im also paying for a service and would like it done right for the amount I’m paying. This whole thing could’ve been done different had someone came and spoke with me at the window instead of it passing through 4 people and no one actually helping the person who entered it incorrectly, explaining what was wrong.

Extremely rude worker. A guy with a beard. First, he provided a bad service. I gave no tips. He talked rude and, behind the window, talked to the tall black worker about me. The black guy looked at me. After the guy with beard opened the window, he handed me the drink, and especially rude told me to have a good day. I guess he discussed me so laud, so the girl looked at me, too. So these young in title people cannot afford anything in this life, and they think everyone is owing them. Just because they handed a drink even if service was bad. They don't get that the customers still have a good service from people, and we can compare. We are not their moms, and we don't have to treat bad workers nicely. Why they can't understand that life is not fair. Period. But still don't be rude to customers. And they hate the owners obviously for whom they work. I see very often these expression on workers faces: I get paid small money, so don't ask me for a good service. I still think it is responsibility of the owners: TRY to find nice people.

Extremely rude worker, he seemed like he may have been the manager. ( Tall guy with piercing in his nose). He looked me in my eyes, walked past me standing at the counter multiple times and did not greet me. He finally walked over and said what can I get you. No hello or anything. Then when it’s time to give me my drink, he said here you are, say the drink on the counter and tossed a straw on the counter. No thank you, have a nice day or anything. I’m extremely disappointed and will never visit this location again. He should be terminated

It took over 30 min in drive thru to get the worst tasting cinnamon dulce, and my food was cold. The person who made it should be fired!!

This is my nostalgic former home location when I lived around the corner. I went here for the first time after several years and they totally tripped up my order. I went around the drive thru twice in morning rush because they made my iced latte way too sweet and forgot cold foam on top. (I add oat milk .70 and cold foam $1.25) this is a 9$ grande size drink. After going around twice they still forgot my cold foam but the latte was corrected and tasted delicious. I took my “no bra, hair crazy, just woke up and wearing pajamas” lookin self back again third time, but opted to go inside bc the line. I told them I was really sorry for bugging but they keep forgetting my $1.25 cold foam ? at this point I’m feeling like a nuisance and embarrassed. But I got my cold foam they were really nice— but they didn’t take the time to sprinkle the cinnamon spice powder on top (pumpkin spice latte 2 pumps + oat milk + pumpkin cr cold foam) which is a major elevation to this latte. For a $9 ‘craft’ iced latte, it was uncomfortable and exhausting to receive the drink I always order the exact same way… the staff was wonderful and welcoming not to mention just busy during morning rush. For the price (plus the tip I give) I do expect all components to my drink the first or at least second time tho but have major love and patience for the service industry.
