I just had to throw away a $8 cup of coffee in this economy because the cashier Jacob wouldn’t allow it to be remade by one of the baristas I know isn’t new to this location.
The service has gone down so badly this was for sure my last time coming here.

Specifically asked for decaf and repeated myself twice to make sure that she made it correctly. Got home and it was in fact not decaf. I wish baristas would take people who request for decaf seriously. Just wanted to enjoy my Sunday but now I’m palpitating and left feeling anxious

Came for a simple double espresso, only one customer ahead of me. She orders two very small drinks that fit in espresso cups but the lone barista takes over 5 minutes before she tells the customer she'll have to remake both because she somehow messed up.Left before ever having a chance to order.
Tesha was super nice & patient! Awesome customer service & super crispy bacon on my sammich. Thank you for the great experience!

This location disappoints... the drinks aren't full and lack an abundance of topping that the other stores provide. I have recieved TWO pastries here on separate occasions that were tiny in comparison to other locations. It makes me think that the staff is pinching off an inch or more in the drive-thru.
