As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with the welcome inn, after that's said, the service goes down the hill after you place your order; there's no " thank you Sir / Ma'am" Have a good day, etc..... all you get is you can wait down at the end of the bar for your drinks. All I can say is WOW👌. No customer courtesy nor manners. 0 stars for me. Will not return to this location for rudeness and feeling unwelcome.........

Today was the worst of the worst service I have EVER received from this Starbucks !!! That man was horrible by rolling his eyes and hitting the counter telling me hurry up and so forth he was upset due to me having to enroll a new card!! I get not having it ready , but to go above and beyond to be rude and ugly- what do you gain?!! I love this store every other Starbucks from Arlington to Anna Tx knows this , this location is the best !! I let every other Starbucks know this one here has the most precious women ever as if they have been picked from GOD himself to bless us because they are always smiling and courteous and no matter what , they know how to make you feel seen! Making your morning better sometimes your already having a hard morning so seeing a smile and a small conversation and still giving grace with patience is the best it’s the short haired with eccentric eyeshadow beautiful woman , the young beautiful soul with long brown hair and my favorite girl who now has bangs and sometimes cold LOL thank you three because even though I live an hour and half away from this location for your kindness you three show I drive out here please don’t ever let this ugly world turn you into someone who can ruin someone’s already crappy morning please help that man by filling him with love because you three are amazing and have a great light to fill him with !

This might be the worst Starbucks in the Metroplex. The drinks never taste the same. AT least everyone that works thier is pleasant. This morning she handed me my hot coffee, no sleeve, and no stopper. I have to ask for a sleeve and stopper every time at this Starbucks. For reference, I drive a jeep that is standard, and having that stopper keeps things from spilling.

As a current barista myself, this starbucks is borderline horrible. The products are delicious but the customer service was atrocious. My group of three walked in on a slow sunday where there were three gals working. We waited at the register for a good few minutes before getting taken care of. The one who took our order was fast and efficient but almost too rushed. She seemed a little annoyed which i get since work isn’t always fun. After taking our order, one girl proceeded to throw one of our drinks on the counter without even saying the name. then another girl got out another drink, then the last while calling out some random name. It was in fact my order though not under the name we gave so we took it. we had everything besides our banana bread so we waited at the same counter for a while. No one said anything to us so we decided to ask if we could get the bread, which they said yes. When they brought it we had asked for napkins because there wasn't any stocked in the holder. one gal said i can get you some but walked off to the drive through and never came back. we asked the original gal that took our order and she walked off to the back and brought us back two. Not to mention the bathrooms were dirty and had no toilet paper. Besides our bread, our orders were perfect and were made fast, but never underestimate customer service. This staff clearly didn’t care about anyone in that building and needs to work on their attitude. It’s like they were bothered that they even had to talk to us. I hope to see better attitudes my next visit because i do like the drinks here.

This location use to be my favorite Starbucks but things seems to have changed at this Starbucks after the renovation. No more happy staff. I went into the store and asked for cold brew nitro with 1/4 vanilla sweet cream. First the guy at the cash counter laughed at the selection, secondly the girl making my drink filled my cup with more than half of vanilla sweet cream. Then i asked her to change my drink because i had specified requirements. She took the drink drained it, used the same cup to make the new drink and just dropped it on the table for me to pickup the leaking cup. Honestly this is not we spend so much money at Starbucks to get this kind of treatment. I will not go to this location again.
