A few days ago, I witnessed the manager burning a muffin and a croissant. I ordered a Peppermint Mocha and it was completely wrong, there wasnt even the correct amount of milk in it. Also the drink wasn't even full. If i had to give this place a zero, I would give it a zero. 0/5, worst service

This location NEVER has fresh-brewed coffee ready. You always have to wait for them to brew it. On the rare occasion it is available, it's cold. SKIP this slacker and go around the corner to Mudleaf. The staff is friendly, no problem there. But whoever manages this spot needs to get a pulse on their operation.

This is hands down my worst Starbucks experience ever. Employee Sherry was completely incompetent. I ordered 3 drinks and every single one was wrong. She wrote the order down on paper first, then wrote it on the drink, then entered it in the computer. I had her remake one drink knowing it was wrong just by looking at it. She asked me what it looks like and I had to show her on Starbucks website what drink I wanted and it was STILL wrong! She offered me a drink holder after I stacked the drinks on top of themselves and was walking away.

Went into Starbucks to sip on something warm & non-caffeinated on this chilly day. Isaiah acknowledged me, recommended the Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai and the drink is great. He had awesome energy, the space was clean, and the chai is worth a try while it’s still out!
