Went into Starbucks to sip on something warm & non-caffeinated on this chilly day. Isaiah acknowledged me, recommended the Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai and the drink is great. He had awesome energy, the space was clean, and the chai is worth a try while it’s still out!

This is hands down my worst Starbucks experience ever. Employee Sherry was completely incompetent. I ordered 3 drinks and every single one was wrong. She wrote the order down on paper first, then wrote it on the drink, then entered it in the computer. I had her remake one drink knowing it was wrong just by looking at it. She asked me what it looks like and I had to show her on Starbucks website what drink I wanted and it was STILL wrong! She offered me a drink holder after I stacked the drinks on top of themselves and was walking away.

We had the new chocolate chip mint. It was ok. The service was not good. They has a trainee along with a regular worker and he was laughing/smiling for what ever reason. I would avoid going

We spent the Thanksgiving Holidays visiting family in Plano. Needing coffee to get going, we visited this Starbucks store 4 times. Each time, our drinks were just the way we ordered and the inside of the store was clean. The baristas were also all very nice.

My least favorite location of all the Starbucks I've visited! I was told I could not scan to add rewards points and these drinks are to pricey to get a latte that doesn't have flavor! It's like I'm drinking hot water! All the other locations I enjoy a friendly welcome and experience this location doesn't have that vibe.
