Steak shake had best hamburgers

Steak and shake was one of my wife and I Favorite places to dine at. Good food and cool menus, friendly staff. Burgers, fries, chili, shakes, Etc. We no longer live in Dallas so we can't go there anymore.

Great value for food to enjoy when feeling naughty. Nice staff also.

We've been here more than once and it's always a good place to eat my Hamburger with Cheese, No Onions and Extra Pickles and their delicious fries. Top it off with a Strawberry Malt, heaven. we've had good Customer Service. Thank you for employing good Customer Service oriented people!

Love the food and the menu items, I don'y normally get a shake, but it brought me back to being a kid again. Staff was attentive, but not bothersome.

Love this place. They send coupons in the mail weekly. Great prices, great burgers, & breakfast is good also.

This was possibly the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been to. The food was okay and the service was okay... but the place was an absolute pigsty. It made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen.

I remember when this chain served breakfast and other foods besides just burgers and shakes. Its lunch time and there is about 8 customers. So I can see that its not a popular place. The burgers are an average of $12 with drink. Its not bad food at all but nothing makes it stand out. I ate the Frisco burger. Not worth the stop with so many other choices that really make good burgers in the area. Maybe a late night stop because everyone else is closed. Definitely better than waffle house.

Currently 22 minutes in the drive through. Food takes forever. 'Sorry dude, I made the wrong order first' Employees are always in a frenzy. Clearly poor management. Far from excellent. Definitely not doing a wonderful or fantastic job.

Food was FRESH! THE #3 I ORDERED JUST TASTE DRY PLUS I DIDNT SEE ANY MUSHROOMS ON MY BURGER WHICH IS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE BOTH ONIONS/MUSHROOMS. DID'T RECEIVE NAPKINS...

Nina our server really made our family visit absolutely wonderful! She was very friendly, helpful and even though she was extremely busy...took the time to make us feel like we were her only customers. Thank you so much Nina!!!! :)

Food tastes great but leaves you hungry afterwards.

Great Burgers, friendly service

Went here for a late night stop. Extremely short staffed, I wouldn't have minded but the service was extremely unpleasant as well. I will probably never go to another steak and shake again, this experience was plenty enough for me. Heads up, will probably get your order a good hour after you placed it. Don't recommend coming here.

Friendly staff but they were out of several items that were requested. The was no sign or indication that they were out of items so we didn't know until after we ordered.
