Steak and shake was one of my wife and I Favorite places to dine at. Good food and cool menus, friendly staff. Burgers, fries, chili, shakes, Etc. We no longer live in Dallas so we can't go there anymore.

We've been here more than once and it's always a good place to eat my Hamburger with Cheese, No Onions and Extra Pickles and their delicious fries. Top it off with a Strawberry Malt, heaven. we've had good Customer Service. Thank you for employing good Customer Service oriented people!

I remember when this chain served breakfast and other foods besides just burgers and shakes. Its lunch time and there is about 8 customers. So I can see that its not a popular place. The burgers are an average of $12 with drink. Its not bad food at all but nothing makes it stand out. I ate the Frisco burger. Not worth the stop with so many other choices that really make good burgers in the area. Maybe a late night stop because everyone else is closed. Definitely better than waffle house.

Currently 22 minutes in the drive through. Food takes forever. 'Sorry dude, I made the wrong order first' Employees are always in a frenzy. Clearly poor management. Far from excellent. Definitely not doing a wonderful or fantastic job.

Food was FRESH! THE #3 I ORDERED JUST TASTE DRY PLUS I DIDNT SEE ANY MUSHROOMS ON MY BURGER WHICH IS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE BOTH ONIONS/MUSHROOMS. DID'T RECEIVE NAPKINS...
The only good thing about this place is cheap decent food. Service is painfully slow. Forget about getting drink refills and you're always surrounded by dirty tables that need to be bussed. Not sure why they are consistently understaffed. Never can even get a milkshake at the end of the meal because it takes way too long. Drive thru is no faster with waits always 15-20 mintues. I really wish they'd get their act together because they'd be much more successful.

Horrible experience waitress didn't know what she was doing. She got our orders wrong and the check wrong and everything took forever. And as soon as I was done eating I got major diarrhea and the bathroom was gross toilet paper all over the floor and the trash was overflowing. Used to like going there but will never go again .
