Steve Fields is a wonderful restaurant. The atmosphere and service is always excellent. Hac the blackened filet and my wife had the Pontchatrain shrimp pasta and both were excellent. Dessert we got the carrot cake. This was my only slight miss. The cake and frosting itself was great, but the butterscotch sauce had a bitter burnt taste to it and was a lot poured over the cake.

Four of us went to Steve Field's for a special celebration. Three were there for the first time. All were very pleased with the event. Everyone had one of the beef filet options and they all got excellent marks. The portion sizes were all large so we each went home with left overs enough for another meal. We will definitely return.

A fantastic meal with every aspect-food, service, and location. Went here specifically for the special scallops. Amazing. Also had lobster pizza and corn/crab bisque. Flawless! Our server (JD) was perfect. Paid attention, didn't hover, and made it welcoming. We were surprised with an anniversary slice excellent chocolate cake-by Steve himself! It's a beautiful space. (Got a bit loud as the evening wore on but not too bad). Plenty of parking. Overall, a superb evening!

Our evening was very enjoyable. My wife had a filet with lobster and I had the blackened filet with Pontchartrain sauce. Both were accompanied with baked potatoes plus we had a side of their fried onion stings. The spinach salad was a great starter. I have had French onion soup at most every steak house in the area and theirs was very good. My wife gauges all restaurants by the bread and Field's was one of the best. It comes with olive oil that is infused with jalapeños. The service was very well timed and attentive. It was a slow Thursday night but I can't imagine they couldn't handle a crowd. Definitely made its way into our top five steak houses.

This is our favorite places to go for special occasions. The Chilean Seabass is the best I have ever had. Their steaks are quite good as well. You can't go wrong with choosing anything on their menu.

if you love Stone crabs, this is the place to go as good as anything they have in Florida, including Joe's Stone Crabs.  Steve has them flown in every week and they're prepared perfectly served cold on ice cracked properly and the sauce is perfection!

Celebrated my wife's 80th birthday and our waiter was Kevin. He was stupendous throughout the entire experience and very professional and friendly. He kept or glasses full without us having to ask and checked on us frequently to be sure we didn't need anything. Beautiful setting. A bit loud and noisy as the tables are close to each other and some people don't seem to speak in normal tones. But the food was superb preparation and taste. And very courteous of Kevin to supply us with take home bag. Will definitely return and ask for Kevin. Highly recommend

Steve Fields never disappoints! Steaks cooked to perfection, red fish special was fantastic, and the decadent chocolate cake for the birthday celebration! Had a great server, Steve, who treated us very well, as always!
