My wife and I had a date night and wanted to try out Steve Fields Steakhouse in Plano Tx. I must say the atmosphere was perfect for an elegant date night. The drinks were perfect as well. My wife had the Steve’s Old Fashion and I had a Remy Martin VSOP. We started off with the Waygu Meatballs for our appetizer and it was fantastic. The sauce that accompanied the meatballs was lip smacking good! For our entrees we went with the fillet Mignon and New York Strip with a side of the loaded mash potato’s and fried onion strings. I ended up ordering the Steve’s Old fashion since the sip I took from my wife’s was delicious. We finished off with an espresso martini, which tasted like a dessert. It was sweet and creamy, a perfect to end the night. Our waiter Nolan treated us like it was a world class restaurant (which it was!). We will definitely revisit this establishment again! The manager also made sure everything was going well and we were enjoying ourselves. Kudos to you Mr. Steve Fields for a wonderful establishment. I loved it here, and will bring my family to enjoy the experience as well.

This was our first time to Steve Fields and we were celebrating my wife's birthday. Nolan provided excellent service and guided us on many wonderful choices on the menu. We started with appetizers that included the meatballs, calamar,i and shrimp lobster dip. They were all very tasty and great for sharing. Most of us ordered steak but my wife had the salmon and all were cooked perfectly with wonderful flavor. The 7oz filets were an excellent piece of meat but the 16 oz ribeye meat seemed closer to a sirloin than a ribeye. All the sides including the baked potatoe, corn, and vegetables were excellent. The complimentary chocolate birthday cake at the end was excellent as well. All in all it was a very nice evening in a great place to celebrate a birthday.
Went in for a late lunch, and the bartender and staff guided me through the menu towards a delicious feast.

We thoroughly enjoy our time at Steve Fields. Steaks, lamb chops & fish are all very good. Lots of variety of delightful and complementary tastes in foods - generously spiced meats, and of course we love the bread and hot pepper oil to start with. Service is always very good ... and we can actually have a nice conversation because the noise level is lively, yet moderate. So glad we have this restaurant in our neighborhood - where we can conveniently dine whenever we want.

The ambiance was inviting with its cozy yet elegant decor. Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the steaks. Cooked to perfection, each bite was a savory delight. The menu offered a variety of cuts, and the quality of the meat was exceptional. The sides were equally impressive, complementing the main course perfectly. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and our server, JD, was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be back for more steak indulgence! First time I have been to the new location. It was wonderful, food was wonderful, the new facility is very tasteful. We will be back soon. Our waiter was Steve who took excellent care of us; best treatment we have gotten anywhere in a long time.

My guest and I are former food service workers having worked with several prominent hotels and restaurants. We found Steve's met the high level of service that we were trained to provide. Our server was informed and unobtrusive. The menu was diverse without being overwhelming with an acceptable price point. Our meals were artfully plated and delicious. I can't recall when I enjoyed a meal as much. Steve's was just the place I was hoping to find. Thank you.
