It's good movie experience. If you want to enjoy some Drinks, Food and movie then it's good place. It's full menu option, like having a dinner in the theatre. Service is quick and good.
One star less because of timing and comfort. They said movie will start at 6.15 but they started movie only at 6.45. Seats don't have even slight push back, had to sit steady for 3 hours was little uncomfortable.
They don't have option to buy quick snack by ourselves, have to shell out extra (huge) money for Service Charges (18%) and Tips (~15%) unlike other theatres.

We had a smooth experience buying the ticket online and getting the paper tickets in the lobby from Josie.
Our server Chandni was very friendly. The food is delicious - hummus platter and chips and queso for the appetizer, margarita flatbread and veggie quesadillas for the entree and brownie fudge sundae and chocolate milk shake with Oreos for dessert.
The theater is clean and comfortable and the video and sound are amazing.
If you are looking for a cosy place to enjoy movies with family, especially if you’re vegetarian this is THE PLACE!

I came here with my brother yesterday to watch the new Ballerina Movie and entered the Theater room rather disappointed. While most Movie theaters have extremely comfortable seating recliners, this particular location only has it in certain rows. Had I known when I purchased the tickets online that these tickets didn’t come with seating recliners I would have gone elsewhere. My brother (who also has a torn ACL and Meniscus) couldn’t get very comfortable because the backrest really wouldn’t move either. Also the seats seem to be quite old and dated as several of the seating was cracked/torn. And then there was the server who placed my mudslide that was dripping on top of my phone that was laid on the tray. When I picked up the mudslide to take it off my phone had mudslide on it especially on the camera. Definitely won’t be returning here.

Customer service wasn’t the best. Josey wasn’t the nicest person for a first impression , when walking into the build to purchase tickets. She didn’t greet us with a warm welcome. Her demeanor was unpleasant. This location overall is a 3 star for me.

The theater is very inviting and cozy and the staff are super friendly. The menu has a lot of snack choices and meals even for vegetarians and the food tastes good. However the seats are not so nice. A lot of the seats have tears and rips in the leather and they are not very comfortable because there is no recline. Since the majority of the time spent in the theater is sitting down on the chairs, the experience should be comfortable.

I had a great experience here, my server was Ryan and he was very attentive and helped me out since it was my first time being there. I came to watch Lilo and Stitch. He was very respectful and nice. He made the experience amazing. The food was good and came out hot and quick. I will be coming back again!

SCAM!! I purchased a 2 for $30 meal with 2 sodas and was charged $71!!!! After discussing with the “manager” she said that it looked correct but she’d take off $7 for the inconvenience.. THATS BS!! I will be disputing this charge DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Hubby and I went to the SMG in Plano last night and the experience was not good. The staff was very courteous but other than that… the temp in the theater was hot. The food was not good. And my chair was dirty, full of popcorn remnants.
