Hubby and I went to the SMG in Plano last night and the experience was not good. The staff was very courteous but other than that… the temp in the theater was hot. The food was not good. And my chair was dirty, full of popcorn remnants.

The sound proofing is terrible. You can hear all the bass and sound from the theater next to you.

The movie experience was absolutely fantastic. The service was impressively quick, ensuring that we didn’t have to wait long for our food. Speaking of which, the dishes were simply delicious. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.

Excellent food, a menu with many options. Excellent service. It would be great if all the chairs could recline. This is the only reason I give 4 stars, otherwise I would give 5.
I brought my son to see Twister here and we really enjoyed ourselves. Very clean and good drinks

Their buffalo fries were truly the most sour food ive ever tried in my life. Genuinely more sour than sour skittles. On par with warheads. The other food was good

Would not recommend. During my visit, there were so many issues that I was not able to enjoy the movie. They did not have any popcorn at the time, one of the ambient lights was so bright that I was not able to concentrate on the movie, and the screen had a noticable blemish. Their prices are also outrageous. The wait staff was friendly and tried to help but there was nothing done. The chairs are also the older style movies seats not the more usual type.
