⭐☆☆☆☆ Disgusting and Dangerous – Red-Eyed Fruit Flies in My Sandwich
I ordered a 12” Turkey Sub through Uber Eats from this Subway location (2400 K Ave, Plano), and after a few bites, I noticed what I thought was oregano on my sandwich. It wasn’t. It was red-eyed fruit flies — and I had already eaten some before realizing it. I immediately vomited. Taking a bite out of flies is like taking a bite out of everywhere that they have been. Flies are filthy.
I’m a licensed exterminator, and I can positively identify these insects. In my professional opinion, the flies were most likely dead and came from a contaminated red wine vinegar bottle used to season the sandwich. While it may have come from any of subways sandwich building components it’s still a major health risk.
I tried calling the store, but the number listed online, and on their website, and on the receipt was invalid. I also tried emailing info@subway but their email was invalid. This isn’t about being upset — it’s about public safety. If this happened to me, it could happen to anyone.

I have ordered from this location 3 times with in a month and they never seem to get my order right. Never giving the door dash driver all of my items or my food is made wrong. Today I was supposed to get 2 footlong made incorrectly, 2 Pepsi’s only got 1 and 1 Vicki’s chips in which i didn’t receive.

This day( March 1st,2025) there was a worker who was very disrespectful, at the end of ordering they guy said he "wanted us dead" he was punching the oven ,throwing lids,spit on the floor get this guy fired immediately he looked high

The guy serving tonight (02/08/2025) did not change gloves between orders when he got to my order he was about to cut the bread when he turned around and touched/used his cellphone to change the music I ask two times if he can change his gloves he ignored me and walked to the back so i left the people behind me also left once in my car I saw the guy putting the bread (the one he was gana used for my order) back where it was to be use later on. Also while waiting my turn the guy kicked a empty bread tray with his shoes

I placed an order on October 5, 2024 on 14:14:35, and unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the cashier. She displayed a disrespectful attitude and selected the tip option without my consent. While this could lead to legal implications, I prefer not to pursue it further. However, I do want to emphasize that treating someone unfairly or with bias is unacceptable. I hope you address this issue, as such incidents could negatively impact your customers' experience in the future.

A subway Sandwich is always gonna be a subway sandwich, fresh and enjoyable. Quality isn't an issue at this location, getting your food before your lunch hour is up is. On the plus side the freshly made sandwich held up overnight and was great the next day.
