I made an online purchase for pickup on February 2. 2025. Once i arrived at the store I was told they were out of meatballs. I was promised the store manager would cancel the order and he was the only one that could provide the refund. I ask them to send he order to another location but was told they could not do that. After five trips to the store being told it takes 7-10 business days then up to 21 business days and over a month and a half later I am still waiting on the refund. Wow!

This is the third time in a row for a very simple two sandwich order to be wrong. The first couple of times it wasn't a big deal. No pickles, maybe the wrong bread. This time though...an easy 4 ingredient BLT order came out with mustard, jalapenos, pickles, god knows what else. The other sandwich came out with pretty much what should have been on the BLT. I could understand if it was during a rush or peak time but it was 3:40pm and there was nobody there when I picked up the order. Never again with this clown ass location.

Stopped by for my 2nd visit at this location and still under impressed. Both visits out of fountain drinks and out of peppers both times. As I pay the lady said there is no coke from fountain and I asked about dr.pepper she said yes so I pay for a large drink. Go to get and there was a tag saying out. As I leave there is a roach on ground in middle of store it's truly disgusting! I hope health department checks this out. So I said something about the roach and the lady comes out grabs it with gloves on(she was slicing meat) throws it away. Without changing her glove she continues to slice meat( with the gloves she picked up the roach with) yes I saw the whole thing. Truly disgusting. I truly can not believe what I witnessed!!!!

Overall, this Subway location is pretty good! The staff are great at following instructions and making sure your order is exactly how you want it. The value for the food isn't bad, and I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness of the ingredients—definitely a step up from other fast-food places.
The only issue I had, embarrassing as it is to mention, was that there was no toilet paper in the men's bathroom. Other than that, it's a decent spot for a quick and tasty meal. I'd recommend it, just make sure you're prepared for the bathroom situation!

Went in to buy the latest dippers. Ordered 2 chicken cheese and just got cheese as well as no napkins. They're basically flaxseed flat bread wrapped with hardly anything and toasted. Even as hungry as I was I ended up tossing it into the trash. Probably should've bought a sub Orin retrospect learned to speak Spanish.

Came to this location to get lunch and no one was working. After opening the door several times to make the entrance bell go off no one came out. Wasn’t able to get any food after waiting 15 minutes. Left and went to a different restaurant.
Took almost 30 minutes for 4 sandwiches worker constantly sighed at any inconvenience. Seems like a friend came in and he stops working to go talk and give cookies. He also went to the back multiple times while he was making my food I assumed he was grabbing some more ingredients but he kept coming back empty handed. I asked for sauce on the side he said I never said anything but it was on the receipt so he had already sauced all of them even though I put in the app sauce on the side. I asked him to mark the sandwiches but he sighs and scribbles so that I can’t even read what it says.

So I went to subway to try there new 1 foot long cookie. There were so many posters around saying “Try our new 1 foot long cookie!” But I asked for one and the cashier said they never had any. Never coming back EVER. And my Sam witch was DRY.

It’s hard to find a good subway in plano , this one is great . There is one 3 minutes down the road off Custer/Parker and the two franchised owned restaurants are a night and day difference in experience . Good stuff ??
