Don’t go to this Subway. People are very rude. I got the wrong sandwich and he heated up which I asked him not too and then expected a tip.

So I went to subway to try there new 1 foot long cookie. There were so many posters around saying “Try our new 1 foot long cookie!” But I asked for one and the cashier said they never had any. Never coming back EVER. And my Sam witch was DRY.

It’s hard to find a good subway in plano , this one is great . There is one 3 minutes down the road off Custer/Parker and the two franchised owned restaurants are a night and day difference in experience . Good stuff ??

Showed up 15 minutes after they were supposed to be open, but the door was locked. Many people sitting there waiting in their cars. Read the reviews here while waiting, then immediately went next door and got sausage kolaches and donuts instead!! Best decision ever.

I always order on the app and today this sub blew me away. Perfectly assembled, it looks like it's straight out of a subway commercial. This is my favorite location and they do a great job!! I got my order quick and I could tell it was very fresh. I like my cold subs cold, the lettuce and spinach had the fresh crunch and the sauce was cold too. As you can see the meats and cheeses are expertly placed and I just wouldn't change a thing. 10/10 for food, service, and ambiance.

If you are wanting some Subway, try another store instead.My daughter and my niece went to get sandwiches today. We had some coupons that came in the mail. Both took a coupon to use for their purchase on two separate orders/credit cards. They were told that this was not allowed because they came in together. The coupons are per customer, not per family. When I called in to complain they proceeded to tell me that wasn't what happened. Anyone teach "The customer is always right" because your reputation should matter more? Obviously not! Tried to call the area manager, his phone is no longer in service. No surprise there either. From the other reviews on Yelp, it appears this store is failing big time! We won't be back.

My cousin and i came to subway with our own coupons, planning to pay separately. Once i got to the register i pulled out my coupon and my cousin had already showed the man her coupon so he know she had one too. He told me i couldn't use my coupon and needed to wait until "next time". I said we're paying separately, yes i can use it. He proceeded to ring up both of our sandwiches together and didn't even use one of the coupons after we handed him them. It came out to 30 dollars for 2 sandwiches. We asked the man if he even used the coupon since the total was so high. He said oh... no, i forgot. He then got the manager and she refunded me for one of the sandwiches in cash even though i payed with card. On top of all of that, the place was extremely dirty. There was a broken toaster on one of the tables, some tables weren't wiped down, the bathroom was disgusting. Overall not a good experience at all.

Patricia, one of the workers there was very diligent getting my Sandwhich together, as 7 other people waited behind me, I noticed that she was overwhelmed, to make matters worse, a manager just literally stood there watching her struggle to get the orders together, he seemed to not have any common sense, and didn’t even flinch to help, overall my sandwich was great, but I do feel bad for their employees, please get better management!

Word of advice to owner, business 101. You raise profits by increasing sales and not skimping on ingredients. Four thin slices of roast beef on a footlong? Meager wilted and soggy veggies? A pinch of shredded cheddar which was the only available cheese? All on stale bread? Really? Fine. You got my money this time but never again. Looking forward to seeing a for lease sign behind your window.

This establishmemt is absolutely disgraceful. Every single slot of their "fresh" ingredients were in containers coated in freeze burms and the meat didnt even look good enough to give to my dog. The worker for some reason put ranch on my sandwhich despite the fact that I was still asking for vegetables. My appetite for Subway is now eternally tarnished.
