I just left Subway and I am so upset. I order thru the app two footlongs a cold cut combo and a rotisserie chicken toasted. My husband only wanted meat and cheese on his cold cut combo so I remove all the veggies from his sandwich and added spinach, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, pickles, banana peppers, oil, mayo, salt and pepper on my sandwich but forgot to indicate I wanted the spinach, tomatoes, onions, and green peppers toasted with the meat & cheese so I edited my order to include that. Well, I picked up my order and when I get home my husband goes to eat his sandwich and it had all these veggies on it and mine did too but look like it had no meat on it. I take it back to ask the employee to remake it because the order was not correct. He said he could not remake it because I order thru the app so I ask him to reflect my money and he said no because I ordered thru the app and that I would have to cancel the order on the app. I asked how do I do that if the payment has already gone thru and he said I don't know
I said we'll you need to remake my order and he Saud no because this was over. $30 order but my oder was $18.90. I asked for a manager and he said he was the Manager so I asked for name of the person over him and he said no so I asked for his name and he said it was Ranfera which I do not believe he gave me his correct name. He was very rude and did not care to try to help me get my money back. He pretended he had refunded me my money but it was just a copy of the receipt of my order. I am so frustrated and I will never order from that Subway again located on 340 N. Coit Rd Suite 300, Plano, Tx 75075. Now I am out of $18.90 and no sandwiches!!! I only gave it 1 star because there was no option 0 stars!!@

The staff here are shockingly rude and arrogant. They completely botched my online order, and when I pointed out their mistake, they responded with nothing but hostility and disrespect. The level of unprofessionalism is appalling. If I had the option, I would never set foot in this place again. Unfortunately, as students, we’re forced to deal with their disgraceful behavior because there are no alternatives. This service doesn’t even deserve a single star—it’s that abysmal. Avoid this place if you can.

I like subway a lot, but they placed a barrier between the customer and viewing the meat selection and it sparks suspicion thar maybe they're trying to hide something.

I ordered online from application and selected to get cold-drink bottle but when i went there for getting bottle a peroson wearing earing on his right ear with cross asked me to pay 1.50$ more to get that bottle stating that my order doesn’t have bottle it has only fountain drink. Also my order was spoiled to badly and contaminated with steak. I do not prefer to eat here again.

This Subway location is a solid choice, and I appreciate that it's family-owned and operated, giving it a more personal touch compared to some of the larger chains. The store is well-maintained and has that classic Subway feel, which I enjoy.

However, I did have to wait about three minutes despite no one else being in line, which was a bit frustrating. The staff also seemed to struggle a bit with following my specific instructions. Despite these minor issues, this is still an OG Subway spot that's worth visiting for a quick and decent meal.

Ordered a sandwich and they did not let me use a valid coupon. My sandwich was not part of the coupon's exemptions. I showed it to my server and he did not listen and would not cooperate. He did not even look at the coupon.

Asked for deluxe meat on the beast and did not get it. Only did deluxe for one of the meats but still charged me for deluxe still. This is ridiculous. Definitely don’t recommend this subway. Every other subway I have been to has done it correctly.

Subs are very expensive compared to other subway stores.e.g. Teriyaki chicken ( chicken with sweet onion sauce) is $12.29. in this store, while other nearby store sells it at $10.79. More than 13% expensive!!

They really dont open at the time they say they open. The open sign was on, and it was 9:15 but the doors where lock. Then really need to change their time if thats not the time they'll be open. The other time they had me standing to be attended during my break. I had to wave at them in the back for them to come out and help people.

Food is great with lots of varieties but the veggie pattie and veggie delight options are always out-of-stock making it hard for vegetarians. This is beside the smoothie king making it a combo grab and go. The most important thing that I don’t like here is that most Subway offers like ‘BOGO50’ aren’t applicable here.

To the owner: Worst service by Latino guy working 01/13/24 at noon. He does not even take a second to put on the toppings you requested. By the time he’s done half the topping are out of the sandwich. Just throws everything on there. Extremely sloppy. Extremely rude when you express your feelings as the sandwich has already fallen apart before he can wrap it. He could have offered to fix it. But instead he was extremely rude and mumbling words under his breath. I walked out. Not paying my money for that kind of service.I go to subway almost every other day and worst service I’ve experienced. I relay my compliments to people who take the effort to provide good service and make your money worth it.This employee/location isn’t one of them. This is the third time I’ve had this experience at this location and the first time I said anything.Literally walked to the chipotle next door and got my meal after. You lost a customer for good
