Single person serving at Subway, not polite. Made me sit even though I ordered online and there were no customers and entertained new incoming customers. Reluctant on changing options as online it was difficult to chose.

We had the best sandwich and the best service last night. Everything was fresh and the guy working there was nice and professional. I'm surprised this locally doesn't have better ratings because it's the best Subway I've had in years! We both had the Beast, if you need to know that!

Horrible delivery services from subway online order service.On Friday 9/22 @ 1:39pm I called texted Manager Cesar Alarcon for my missing coke and Subway declined my refund / credit back my money was purchased by subway not Doordash.Your company hired Doordash then it is your responsibility to check all orders to delivery before handing our to online order customers. I called Subway Headquarter and Doordash complain report. I need my money back ASAP on missing coke on last Friday.Alarcon said,“You have to contact Doordash. Not our fault!But Doorddash did not pick up the drink.”Wow what a horrible services…..

I ordered the All American sub. I order it all the time. The guy making my sandwich put the raw bacon on it so I stopped him and said I don't want it toasted. Then he insisted in broken English that I have to toast just for a little bit. They make it cold all the time and toast the bacon by itself. Shoot nuke it I don't care just don't put it on there raw. Again he insisted I had to toast it. So he does then it switched over to a young lady making the rest of my sandwich. I mentioned that the bacon still looked raw. She insisted it wasn't so I get home. And sure enough the bacon is raw. What a waste. Very disappointed!

Never have ingredients. Not sure if this is a failure at forecasting or what. Out of cheese out of ranch. Close to closing time never any cookies.

I consistently have issues with the closer at this location. She NEVER gets my mobile orders correct, and I have to walk back to the store everytime because she refuses to pick up the phone. She is always rude and short with me, and frankly you can tell that she just does not care about her job. I have to walk everywhere, and this is the closest Subway to me. I will not be returning to this location until she is no longer working there. It's not worth the headache.Update: My girlfriend went to go get our sandwhiches remade, and she did it wrong again! What is wrong with her?!

Sign and online say 9pm, came at 837 and they are closed!! Door locked. Lazy owner and workers! Three people showed up and had to leave in this time frame. Someone ordered online and they had to cancel their order! They said they close at 8, that’s obviously not true or nobody would even be there. They are lazy !!! Annoying.
