Pulled up 30 mins before closed and door was locked and the worker was hiding in the back after we tried opening the door, we come here all the time and are regulars but the past month this establishment is going down hill and hopefully replaced with a better fast food restaurant soon that has employees that care and a corporate that holds them responsible.
We came in 3 weeks ago to a women we greeted her and said hello she looked at both of us and flat out ignored us, that’s when my boyfriend asked how her day was and she finally decided to acknowledge us- we were the ONLY people in the restaurant.
Just bad service all around sadly.

I’ve been a regular at this Subway for a while, mainly because it’s convenient. I usually enjoy their promotions like the BOGO for $1 and always order a Veggie Delight made vegan (no cheese, no dairy sauces, and oil & vinegar on the side).

This location has repeatedly missed my notes, but this time was unacceptable. My order was leaking with oil and vinegar soaking through the brown bag. When I pointed it out, the employee said, “yeah, I know,” and offered no solution — even claimed they didn’t have containers, which turned out to be untrue. Another worker got involved but refused to fix just one sandwich while I ate the other during my short lunch break, insisting I return both.

Both sandwiches were clearly rushed — missing spinach, barely any veggies, and overall sloppy. I ended up spending most of my break waiting around instead of eating.

This shows a serious lack of attention, honesty, and customer care. I go here purely for convenience, but the way this was handled was frustrating and disrespectful of a paying, loyal customer’s time. Management really needs to step in — this isn’t the standard customers should have to settle for.

i accidentally dropped a whole foot long sandwich on the floor and they gave me a new fresh one for free the staff were SOO nice and the place was pretty cozy i LOVED

Pay attention to your bill as they are overcharging few extra dimes, when asked about the difference, they question back do you want the sandwich or not!! I show them the prices on the board and they don't even care to correct it. Simply repeated do you want the sandwich or not!!

I bought a footlong and 6inch and footlong was charged $0.40cents extra ($9.89 instead of $9.49) and 6in $1.30 extra ($7.49 instead of $6.19) . They say its taxes but there is a separate tax line item on the receipt.

Typical Subway. The food is just blah, the prices are high, the sandwiches have no meat, no peppers available due to a recall. I only ate here because I was super hungry and short on time. I know better.

I paid for double meat and sauces and i got this slim dry sandwich. I would care less if I didn’t pay for it. Rip off smh. Very tired of bad service.
The sandwich is supposed to come with a cheese. No cheese on the sandwich.
Cmon. I have maybe left 3 bad reviews in my lifetime. This is lame. Do your job or don’t go to work.

Food is fine, but I've had multiple questionable experiences here. One time I went and there was only one person working, he did not know English and did not understand what I meant when I asked for a flatbread. There have been 2 occasions where the soda machine has not worked and the drinks come out bitter. Every time I come I get the food fine but I'm always aware something will go wrong
