Just got a foot long and the bread was extremely stale. It was Rock hard. Won’t go back to this location again. Bought this for my lunch at work. the inside of the sandwich 🥪 is all that eatable.

First time at this location, so idk if this is normal or not, but. I saw the employee sitting in a chair phone in hand and an airpod in when I walked in. She stood up, put the phone down, adjusted her hair, and touched her airpod to pause whatever it was she was watching/listening to. Then, put gloves on and greeted me. No hand washing?!? Gloves do not replace the hand washing step in food safety.
I wanted to walk out right then, but after working 14 hours in my own restaurant, I was hungry and forgot to take a meal with me.

Messes up mobile orders 100% of the time and I didn’t know the US states hired H1B sandwich makers cause nobody in this place is American. I ORDER A PLANE MEAT AND CHEESE TOASTED WITH SALT AND PEPPER EVERY TIME. I SELLECT NO VEGGIES OR MAYO EVERYTIME. THEY PUT IT ON EVERY TIME NOT WORTH GOING TO WHEN THERE IS ONE RUN 1000 times better down the street.

Wrong order serve twice in two times. I ordered online and picked up food from here twice and got wrong order both the times... I got steak when I ordered chicken, I asked for no cheese on one sub, they didn't put on both and multiple other requests ignored. Unfortunately I noticed only after reaching home both the times and there's no way to contact them or raise complaint. Terrible service and careless attitude!

I placed an online order and my order was cancelled but I was still charged. When I arrived to show them the confirmation they said I would have to recorder and pay again. Definitely wouldn’t order again. Subway is not really good for this amount of trouble.

The worst subway ever. I just went there to buy subway and I saw many cockroaches over there🤢, I asked cashier that you sure you keep it clean?? He said yes. So I bought it and There was a cockroach in my subway. I literally just bought it.

BUGS!!!!!!! saw a minimum of 5 baby roaches ON THE FOOD COUNTER where you start making the sandwiches!! their white counters were SPECKLED in roach poop

In my opinion, this is the best subway location in Plano. The Indian servers are very passionate and helpful.
