If you are out of the bread I requested in my mobile order, why would you give me something else without informing me? This customer service approach appears to be quite similar to what I would expect. š

Before my flight to Cabo I got a 6 inch sub on an artisan flatbread with chicken and a bunch of other things. As a kid I used to always get Subway after my soccer games until I found a cockroach in my sub. Iāve never eaten since and today was the first day I overcame my trauma. Overall it was all right and better than expected.
P.S- I was a striker and averaged a double hat trick per game

I've been here a few times and all were mobile orders. They don't really add anything based on the order details. Almost all the times, something or the other was missed in the order.

She said everything is in but 16 and that was all a lie because mostly nothing in and at the end I wanted more peppers but she said āIf you want more do it yourself at your houseā I said shush and the black lady we did not know her name said shush back so if you are looking for more polite people then go to a different subway.

Bathroom smells bad. Staff is rude. I told them to heat my veggie salad. For 20 seconds. They said they cannot do this next time. Salad tasted good.

If I could give my experience at this restaurant a zero stars I would. I placed an online order today and did not mark toasted on my sandwich. I quickly try to contact the restaurant so they can make my order correctly, I call them 4 times no answer. I decide to go to the restaurant before my order is ready so I can advise them to toast my sandwich. I ask the staff if they can toast my sandwich, they say my sandwich is made and they canāt remake it. So they rather me leave unsatisfied with my sandwich vs remaking it. I ask them a couple times to please remake my sandwich because Iād like it toasted. They continue to tell me they cannot. Some lady named Trina is there and claims she was the director of operations, I explain to her what happened and she says āwe donāt have a phoneā so even if I called they couldnāt do that. First of all how does a subway not have a phone? That doesnāt even sound correct because Iām sure plenty of customers are trying to reach them and are unable to! They proceed to tell me they are unable to remake my sandwich so they rather me leave unsatisfied then remake my $6 sandwich. Thatās insane and complete HORRIBLE customer service coming from the director of operations. Angel area supervisor was also there and saying the same. I cannot believe a restaurant would treat their customers this way! All I wanted was my sandwich remade so I could leave satisfied but apparently they are UNABLE to do that. Never experienced anything like this ever.
