Of all the Subway locations I’ve visited, this one is by far the worst. My first online order came with the wrong sauce. My second—prepared by David—had no sauce at all, despite being requested. I gave them one more chance by visiting in person, but the employee refused to refill the spinach and refused to add extra lettuce. I will not be returning to this location.

Called 3xs because I placed the order on the app and the time changed to the defaulted time and I wanted my food for lunch.
Told myself maybe it's busy it's fine ill just pick it up, I show up, empty, lady with an attitude, still didn't give me my full order, and still no answer to the full when it rang.

I ordered a Veggie Delight sub, but it had meat in it. I went back to the store to report it, and instead of taking responsibility, they told me I have to bring the sandwich back from my office as proof. This is unacceptable—especially for customers who avoid meat for some personal reasons. Very disappointed with the service and food handling.

There is no option to give negative review. Worst subway i have been in my life. The staff were so rude. They were unhappy that i have placed online order and got a deal. That guy was behaving rudely.
They didnt even put crunchs in my subway even though we have added in online order and told me they give crunch only with chicken. They made the worst subway of my life.
Will never visit this subway location ever again.

Their subs are a favorite for both me and my son! We love how easy it is to customize them and add our own personal touch. The bread is always fresh—especially the Italian Herbs & Cheese, which is our top pick. My critical review is based on my multiple similar experiences with this place. They are often short of inventory. I have found that they are often out of spices like oregano, parmesan cheese, some sauces, veggy peddy, and jalapeno. They also don't support some coupons out of the same mailer that subway sends to residents. And, you have to check with them if they support the coupon you are planning to use. I had multiple bad experiences with that. I am giving 2 stars to this place because of the courteous representative who takes care of this store. But, I am planning to stop using this store for my future needs.

THIS IS THE WORST SUBWAY. EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RUDE AND STALE FOOD. INTENTIONALLY SERVING LESS PORTIONS. Veggies are spoiled and they still use the spoiled veggies in the order.
