I wanted a moment to look over the menu. The clerk was impatient. Since I was being rushed even though I was the only customer I decided on the typical turkey. Sub was good but the bread tasted a bit stale. Dining room was clean.

I input my phone number so that I could get reward on my purchase. The female Indian clerk said it went thru but it actually did not because it was not reflected in my rewards history in the app. I asked Subway customer service to manually add the points to my account but they disregarded it . In addition, subway's mobile app sucks.

Wish I could leave zero stars. Waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes before they open at 9am to place some orders.
But the door was locked even after their supposed opening time. The lady inside just looked at me and hushed me away with rude hand gestures without even showing the slightest effort to open the door and explain the situation.
I wasted my time there and was late to my morning meeting because of this irresponsible and UNPROFESSIONAL business. Please save your trip and avoid this location at all cost.

Went to pick up my sub, and I forgot my chips started pulling out of the parking lot and the gentleman who made my sub came out there and flagged me down and gave me my chips! Just don’t see good service like that anymore. This is at the subway located at Coit and 121. I did not get his name but thank you so much We’re giving me confident that good Customer Service still exists.
The place is gloomy and the staff is unwelcoming. This is my second time here, I didn't like it the first time either but wanted to check again. The person who served me behaved as if she didn't want us there.. and we were the only people at that time. She covered the meats and asked us to look at the menu. When asked for a type of bread, she carelessly said we only have this showing a wheat bread.

I decided to give Subway another chance due to their current promotion for $6.99 foot-long subs through the app. I ordered a new steak foot-long, but when I got home, I found that it was chicken instead, even though the receipt clearly stated steak. Unfortunately, I do not like chicken, so this was very disappointing. I am unlikely to return unless some form of compensation is offered for this mistake.

I decided to give Subway another chance due to their current promotion for $6.99 foot-long subs through the app. I ordered a new steak foot-long, but when I got home, I found that it was chicken instead, even though the receipt clearly stated steak. Unfortunately, I do not like chicken, so this was very disappointing. I am unlikely to return unless some form of compensation is offered for this mistake.

Wonder if this place still have the paranormal activity goin on worked there for about 2 years back in 2015 and whatever it was that manifested and shook the place up still there it's a female identity cought it on camera but manager was too scared to go back and see the footage
