I went to buy a sandwich and found that the lettuce was rotten. When I told the guy working there, he yelled and said u take if you want otherwise let it go. I told him that he should not keep that rotten lettuce because it will make us sick and again he shouted back. I yelled back at him and told him that people don’t come here because of your condescending and rude behavior

This was my first time going to a Subway, and I sure was impressed! The food was really tasty. However, I got bamboozled by a big sandwich sign in the store and thought it was a real one so I took a bite.

Past reviews were not wrong. They kept themselves consistent to prove themselevs that they suck. Rude for no reason, and showing attitude. Giving death stares to customers as well. Don’t even think about coming here at all. Most unwelcoming even if the store was empty.

I went to store and was told rudely that the subway didnt take any coupons. It was lunch time and had to figure out another place to eat. It was such a inconvenience. I will never go to this location again.

The lady that made my sandwich thinks she is doing me a favor .
You need to smile when customers come in and make them feel like you care .
This place needs some cleaning look at the front door . Bath room is disgusting.

Truly disappointed. Ordered a basic, no frills sandwich online, came in to pick up, and employee pretended to not see my name/order after I repeated it 2-3 times. Verified store address on phone with them, but employee claimed to not know their own store address. Finally handed me my order (with my name on it) after saying they didn't want me to go hungry, and it was just a joke. Worst pickup experience ever, stay away.

Minor mistake made on an online order and they went above and beyond to take care of us. Very helpful and very apologetic for the minor mishap. We frequent here often and will continue to do so after this interaction. Francisco in particular was very helpful and more than accommodating.
