The lady or owner at the cash register overcharged my husband!!! He explained to her that he was not purchasing a comb meal...but she would not correct the error. My husband walked away without chips and a drink just to keep down confusion. 😕 RUDE....OVERCHARGED.

Disappointed with Ingredient Shortage at Subway

I usually enjoy Subway for its fresh ingredients and customizable options, but my recent visit was a letdown. The sandwich prep felt rushed and poorly stocked. The lettuce container was completely empty—no refills in sight—so our sandwiches ended up missing a basic topping. Even more frustrating, we paid extra for avocado, but it was barely enough to cover two sandwiches. It felt like they just scraped together what little was left and hoped we wouldn’t notice.

If you’re charging for premium ingredients, they should be available in proper quantity. I get that inventory can run low, but there was no communication or apology from the staff. It’s the little things that make a difference, and this time, Subway missed the mark.

We didn’t even bothered to ask for more ingredients.

4 stars because great sandwiches! however one of the servers was incredibly rude. we chose the type of cheese first and she said “no meat?” and then we ordered the type of meat and she proceeded to interrupt us that when you pick the type of cheese first then it means the sandwich is vegetarian. while ordering she had a bad attitude and made ordering an unpleasant experience with her unfriendly manner. when asked to split the sandwich in 2, she replied “i’m gonna cut it in half, i don’t know what splitting it in 2 means” which was unnecessary. she should not be working there if she’s gonna be rude to customers. the other servers are always very patient and respectful. that lady on the other hand should get reprimanded by the manager.

The last two times I went in there, I had the same employee make my sandwich. I asked for pepperjack cheese both times and both times it was made with American cheese. The first time, I just went with it. The second time, I asked if that was pepperjack and he insisted it was. Im pretty sure pepper jack cheese is white and ironically, has bits of peppers in it. I know. Its cheese. Not a big deal. All I ask is if your job is to make a sandwhich, please do it right or go take a cheese recognition class.

Today’s employee provided very very little meet and few strands of vegetables; I asked to add more vegetables. When I eat it, 3/4 are pretty much bread. Very disappointed since I ordered 3 foot long subway. The employee could be the other half of meet for themselves.
