The last two times I went in there, I had the same employee make my sandwich. I asked for pepperjack cheese both times and both times it was made with American cheese. The first time, I just went with it. The second time, I asked if that was pepperjack and he insisted it was. Im pretty sure pepper jack cheese is white and ironically, has bits of peppers in it.
