server always has a bad attitude but makes a excellent sandwich
Tried to call right after noticing a mistake on an online order. The phone they had for the store doesn't dial out. When I got to the store, the person behind the counter could not cancel refund the order. Then, when they called the manager, they said they could not do it either. They gave me a "supervisor" number that obviously did not answer. There is no way to get a refund for anything. Subway franchise owners are cheap. This location is just like every other subway, incompetent management that does little to create a customer friendly experience. Feel sorry for the employees being led by idiots.

Does not take coupon even though we are nearby and received the coupons in mail. Terrible service by the waiter as he had to finish a mobile order (who knows when some one will come to pick up) before serving us. Overall very impatient and impolite.

Be coming here for over a year now. I have been holding back on doing this ever since I started to come to location. The guy at the counter and the two girls alway seem to have an attitude with everyone. I won't be coming here again until the who staff is charged.

Food is good for a quick snack if you forget to bring lunch but the only downside is that it gets a bit expensive for how big and loaded they can be. I could probably get a better value somewhere else but convenience wins.
Most of the personnel is always happy to help with a smile.

Unfortunately I have to provide a one star due to the customer service. I visited the store on 8/28/24 around 11:45am. The server a Hispanic girl (a woman wouldn't act out in such a manner, she was wearing her name tag on her hat not her shirt). She asked me to hold on for a minute so she could retrieve bread from the oven. I asked her if she could make my sandwich with the bread that just came from the oven, she tells me no (I prefer my bread warm not toasted, I don't like crispy bread, they don't have a microwave & the toaster oven still makes the bread crispy). I explained to her the reason why I was asking for the bread that just came from the oven. She proceeds to tell me I can't have it because the bread is hot. ? Make it make sense, is the bread that comes out of the toaster oven hot? She then tells me if I wanted the bread that just came from the oven I need to wait five minutes in order to get it. She made me wait until she served the 3 people who were in line behind me. Which resulted in me receiving cold bread & not warm bread which is what I was wanting. The kee,kee here is I'm someone who believes in tipping in abundance. Her actions caused her to lose out on a tip and her fellow coworker & the store to lose out on a returning customer. There were 2 of them there. I always tip a $5 or $10 per person. I decided to take $1 per minute I had to wait to be served. Unfortunately because the tips are split between the workers her actions caused her fellow coworker not to receive a tip from me because even if I left $5 or $10 she still would have had access to half of that. The restaurant is new and modern but when you have people working behind the counter with a nasty attitude it ruins the whole experience. I rather visit an older store with great customer service than a new store with workers with nasty attitudes. I will not be returning to this location.

Bad place! I went to eat, I was with my pet and they didn't let me in because they don't let animals in. It seems in bad taste to me nowadays when there is so much freedom with pets.
I went to this location on a weekend a long time ago. I wanted to share my experience ever since but kept forgetting to do so until now. It was empty except for me and a short rotund Latino server. His demeanor and attitude was the least bit courteous to the point of being rude. After I ordered a sandwich and got ready to pay for it along with a coupon he said he can't accept the coupon. When I asked him for a reason he told me that he just won't and that I should try another location. When I asked him if I could get the manager's name and phone number he claimed to be the owner.
As you can guess, I took his advice and never went back. I would recommend staying away from this location. BTW, I'm sure he wouldn't been rude to me if I were an Anglo American. The rudeness that minorities exhibit to other minorities is just amazing. I guess the influence of colonialism never got cleansed out of the DNA.

Service is ridiculously slow. 2 days in a row my daughter wanted to eat here and both times they give Uber orders priority. The management is more worried about saving money than making sure they have enough people working to move efficiently.

I’ve been coming here for around 7 years, while the food is consistent with its quality. I feel bad for Oscar, it seems like he’s been serving a life sentence at this subway. He’s always sassy and never smiles, I feel sad while enjoying my sandwich. I’ll still continue to come here tho, since it’s the closest.
