The workers just hide in the back and don’t approach you if you need help or are waiting for a pickup. They just leave your order on the back counter and instead of putting it in the pickup area. Plenty of other subways in the area that are a better choice than this one.

When we walked in and inquired about the deal for $6.99, the worker got very rude, acted angry, took his gloves off, threw them in the trash and as he was walking away told us to order online. We are still going to get Subway, but we are choosing to go down the street a mile to the East side of 75 where the customer service is better.

Came here after a a hard game and was met with very polite employees. The sandwiches that were made were for me and my mother were "the best sandwiches we ever had." I had ordered a footlong (which I debated because I didnt know if I could eat a whole footlong.) and my mother a 6-inch. They tasted warm and fresh and had exactly what we asked for and were completely finished to the crumb.

Worst management ever...Jessica!!! They take your money don't give you all your order then refuse to make it right. When you come back to get the rest of the order they failed to give you on the first place. I was just robbed DONT GO TO THIS SUBWAY IF YOU DO BEWARE!!! Managers are often responsible for ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly, managing a team of employees, dealing with customers. Apparently this Manager don't know how manager those things.

My son wanted to try the footlong cookie... As you can see it is not a foot long because it was not cooked all the way through and smashed together. Took it back to get another cookie cooked properly to be told it was done and no refunds could be given. Was told to call the corporate number to file a complaint. Very disappointed if this is how you empower your staff and manager to handle their own mistakes. I now understand Gordon Ramsay's frustration when he yells: IT'S RAW YOU DONKEY!
