Workers are horrible here. No hair nets. Hair was all over the food and eyelashes so fake and long almost fell in food. Shirt had cat or dog hair all over it. No greeting at all felt like i was a hassle since i came in even though there was no one there. Had to repeat my orders so many times. Wont come back here again. Grosses out to eat my food after seeing this.

I have eaten at several different Subway locations for many years in Richardson, Dallas, Plano, and Allen. This was my first time here. AUGUST 26, 2025: Debanhi & Chris greeted me. I told them I like to build my sub sandwich a special way. No problem. I ordered through the App, and used CODE FORTY to get 40% OFF my Footlong #1 The Philly Steak & Cheese. When Debanhi received the confirmation receipt ticket she did everything perfectly. The only problem was that they were out of black olives. I love extra olives on my sub. Hopefully they order extra, and have plenty in stock for my next visit. Most Subways close at 9 PM. I really like this location being open later. Debanhi & Chris were very courteous & professional. Great customer service! I'll be back. AUG 31, 2025 UPDATE: Vicky greeted me on this rainy🌧️☔ Sunday, and took my order. I had a Footlong #1 The Philly Steak & Cheese. Even better, I had a $6.99 Coupon and used 400 MVP REWARD POINTS to receive an additional $2 off my bill. Vicky made my sub exactly as I requested, which included toasting it a 2nd time after more veggies were added. Try it sometime. You might like it. It was delicious. I ate half of it dining in here, and took the other half home to enjoy the next day. Because it was raining, business was a little slow and I had a chance to visit with Vicky about technology. Very interesting discussion. Vicky was very knowledgeable, courteous, & professional. Good people who work here + good food + good customer service = 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Reviews!

We walked in and the manager was on the phone and the other Hispanic girl was also on her phone. The only one working was this guy, maybe Indian, and he seemed new but was trying his best. As more customers walked in he tried to attend to them all while the other 2 just watched. My wife spilled her drink and even brought it to their attention and they never bothered to clean it. It looks like those 2 specific Hispanic ladies give him a hard time. They couldn't even make some tea. The drinks in the fridge were all hot. This guy deserves all the praise and the reason I bothered to leave 2 stars instead of 1

The workers just hide in the back and don’t approach you if you need help or are waiting for a pickup. They just leave your order on the back counter and instead of putting it in the pickup area. Plenty of other subways in the area that are a better choice than this one.

When we walked in and inquired about the deal for $6.99, the worker got very rude, acted angry, took his gloves off, threw them in the trash and as he was walking away told us to order online. We are still going to get Subway, but we are choosing to go down the street a mile to the East side of 75 where the customer service is better.

Came here after a a hard game and was met with very polite employees. The sandwiches that were made were for me and my mother were "the best sandwiches we ever had." I had ordered a footlong (which I debated because I didnt know if I could eat a whole footlong.) and my mother a 6-inch. They tasted warm and fresh and had exactly what we asked for and were completely finished to the crumb.
