The guy was not at all experienced to wrap subs. All sauce came out as soon I unwrapped it. People have done better than this

This location is the finest example of the failure of the city of Planos health and safety inspector. You walk into the store and the lettuce is visibly old and did not look like something a person should consume.
When asking the person making the sandwich to please get some fresh lettuce. The response was we don’t have anymore lettuce with an attitude.
So we got it without lettuce as we sit there and eat the same person goes to the back and gets more lettuce and puts it out however this lettuce is also the same quality as what’s already in it. If this is ok and his is the level of cleanliness they are to follow this is the last time my family goes to a Subway.

My visit to Subway was alright overall. The food was not bad — fresh ingredients and the sandwich turned out decent in the end. The restaurant itself was clean and organized, which I appreciated.

The only downside was that the lady working there didn’t really seem to know what she was doing, so I ended up standing there ordering for about five minutes while she tried to figure things out. It wasn’t a big deal, but it did slow things down a bit.

Other than that, it was a solid experience. Clean place, decent food, just could use a little more efficiency at the counter.

employees will not make your sandwich if it means they have to go to the back and restock even a single thing. DO NOT waste your money and time here

Honestly I hate to give them 1 star they don’t deserve that. They do not pay attention to the meat expiration date. I’ve gotten weird tasting meat from them serval times! On top of that the customer service sucks!

We placed an order using the subway APP, when we got to the restaurant the order was not ready, nor could they find the order. Bryan, the cashier was so unprofessional and unkind to me. In front of another employee and other customers in line. We can't find a customer service telephone number. I posted an inquiry for help as the employee stated he didn't know of a customer service telephone number. Several days later, no response, and no way to get a refund. Very poor experience.

I am launching a crusade. In the 90s, Subway cut the bread into the classic "V-Cut" where they carved a little trench in the bread instead of the now ubiquitous side cut. The V-Cut is clearly the superior option owing to its better distribution of toppings, and that it won't squirt out the side of the sandwich on every bite. But, for some reason that maybe you need an MBA to understand, the management at Subway has determined that it is no longer an option. Even at the customer's request.

I told the Sandwich Artist that I would buy the sandwich if he V-Cut it, even if he messed it up. He said he wasn't allowed.

So, I didn't buy any sandwiches from Subway today.

Bring back the V-Cut. Join me in my crusade, tell every sandwich artist that you will buy a sandwich if they'll bring it back, otherwise, you will go to Firehouse, Jimmy John's, Which Wich, Chipotle, or whatever.

I'll be touring the North Dallas area subways and reporting in on my findings.

I was the only person in the establishment. The employee had to come from the back to assist. I mentioned I had not been there for some time. I ordered but I was rushed. Sandwich ok, but I will just make it myself next time.

Mind you, my 1st choice was at 3131 Custer Rd Suite 110, Plano, TX 75075 Rd .. Doors chime, and no one comes out. I'm the only one there again. I looked over the menu and while doing that I was distracted by the movement in the ceiling light. I noticed one moving, one not... it was a water bug(cockroach)!!! I said this was a sign...

Order online during lunch time and they are always prompt and no mistakes on the order. I order lunch from here often, at minimum 2x a week.
