Severe food poisoning after having their tuna sandwich

Because of this season,I got very bad allergy ,and I run into the bathroom just get two paper for my running nose,when I come out I said thank you ,and the guy ask me to order things,and also said this is not “public bathroom” I am a regular customer of Subway, but this is really bad experience! Bad customer service!

Not sure why all the negative reviews for customer service; my few times here the two ladies who work the lunch shift during the week have always been very kind.Food tastes just like every Subway I’ve ever been to…so, it’s good!

Let's start with the positive. This location is usually pretty clean and they try to get folks in/out quickly which is nice. My experience today was deserving of 1 star. For starters, I ordered a 6 inch white for my son and the bread was much smaller than 6 inches. I ordered another 6 inch, and same thing. 4-4.5 inch bread so I switched my 2nd bread for a flatbread. Once the flatbread was next to the first "6 inch" I asked them to confirm if it was 6 inches as it was almost comical the size the difference and the young lady seemed baffled by my question as if it was ridiculous to assume it wasn't... anyways, it's fine we'll carry on. They start making my sandwich and the Turkey has a hair on it. I saw the hair. The hair saw me. In my opinion, there's no way she didn't see the hair and she continued to build on top of it.. I politely told her there was a hair on the Turkey and she went to look for it - located the hair and only removed the piece of Turkey with the hair on it and put everything else back, no apology, nothing. Not that it was her fault or that I thought she planted a hair in my food, I just expected an "I'm sorry about that - let me start fresh"... I had to ask her to please swap the meat that had also been piled on top of the hair and you would think I had asked for fresh baked bread.

E spring creek is the worst subway location. The server during the evening was so rude, as if she was paying for our subs. Never going to that location again just because of her attitude!!

This is one of the worst subway I have ever frequented. I placed 2 separate orders online it said they close at 10. I get there at 855 they got lights off saying they close. She had made 1 of my orders and said her register was closed she couldn't refund me or fix my other order. I called Saturday she gave me some manager number who never answers the phone. I called that number for the next couple days. I filed an online complaint and all they did was said they appreciate the feedback. I went back tonight the same lady is there working saying they are closed and she speaks into her phone for it to translate to English that they will give me my money back. I asked how I haven't gotten it yet. She was so rude and said I don't know. How they closing down at 8 and online it says 10?

Incompetent or malicious, not sure which. I find it hard to believe they innocently screwed up making four sandwiches as badly as they did.They made sure not to add any of the toppings that were paid extra for (bacon, cheese, etc.) Made one sandwich with tuna instead of the more expensive steak, didn't toast any of them, and so on.All the "mistakes" were things that cost extra and it seems they're banking on people ordering online for pick-up aren't going to want to drive back to the store to make it right.All I can say is check every single one of your sandwiches to make sure they're correct before you leave this store.
