The food didn’t look fresh, and the orange juice we took from the fridge was expired. The staff were not friendly and didn’t even apologize for it. When I asked to replace the juice, the worker just whistled at me to come take it. Totally unacceptable experience, such poor service and attitude.

It’s 9:30 and they closed the doors. The lady said they closed due to business being slow. What the heck???? Is that even allowed??????
Came in on 08/31/2025 at 7pm, was served by Veronica P., she is amazing as she was courteous and professional, absolutely deserved an acknowledgment.
The restaurant itself felt very nostalgic and very much like what subway was and should be.
Ordered a special of the day, oven roasted turkey, ingredients tasted fresh and order was made correctly.
Will definitely recommend and return if in the area!

I please an order to go, and it was one sandwich with less mayonnaise and less mustard, but I guess because I spend 5 dollars and it was a pick up, I didn't leave a tip.. I got a load of mayonnaise and mustard in my sandwich.. I 'm not sure if they think they will be having a job when people stop eating in this place

I had a great experience at this Subway location! The food was fresh and delicious, just the way I like it. What really stood out was the service—Faronacca was excellent! She's clearly experienced and very skilled at what she does. She prepared my order perfectly and was friendly and professional throughout. Great job, Faronacca! I’ll definitely be coming back.

We order from here often and have never had an issue with our sandwiches till today. My husband got the Titan Turkey which is supposed to have more meat, it was barely there. My Philly was very light as well. The food overall was fine, cooked well but just way lighter than we’ve ever had. Usually order at least once a month and would like to continue, just please be more consistent.

Drink machine is broken. Chairs on top of the tables. But at least they had bread.
Very bad service ! We placed the online order 30 minutes before and the staff argued the order has not gone through , they got the order only when they refreshed their system and still we had to wait 20 minutes more to get our order and we opted subway to grab a quick meal due to our short time . Not comming back again.

So the app let me order and I went to pick up my order and they closed way before they're supposed to be closed smfh. It won't let me cancel either. It says ready by 9:10. Got there at 9 and it's closed with chairs on the table! The place says open until 10!!!!
I ordered in the app. I went to pick up my order and asked for more in my sandwich since there was hardly anything in the sandwich. I was told no. Very disappointed. There was only a few leaves of spinach, hardly any lettuce, nor tomatoes. Lots of sauce and hardly any fillings.

Subway is my go to place for a quick light option for lunch or dinner. More expensive now thanks to our ongoing inflation but still appreciate the fresh veggie option toppings for great variety.

We ordered in the app at this location and they did not have meatball subs so now there's no way to cancel the order and we're having to try to dispute it with our credit card. They had no idea how to just cancel the other. I saw in some forums that you can cancel in the store but not for sure. Check that they have what you want before you order!!

The manager is incompetent…. I don’t like to leave anything negative so I give started them but left the story.ÁlvaroThis guy is horrible at customer service. They couldn’t figure out how to give the 20% discount. So I tried to apply for it online.Didn’t work. I offered to just pay the diff. He wanted to charge for 2 6” sandwhiches.This is after the sandwhich was not even made correctly. Skimpy toppings. Everything was an upgrade.Look at the picture.Don’t waste your time with these guys.Then I asked him to just forget it and I would pay full price for a 12”. He had already taken the sandwhich out and thrown away my part.
