Love love loved the pan-fried yellow croaker. It wasn't oily at all, instead it was light, flavorful, and perfectly crispy!This was my first time trying sundubu (soft tofu stew) but I took suggestions and got the beef variety with a *little* bit of spice. I was so pleased at the textures and consistency of the stew -- the soft tofu and beef were perfect additions to the thin, light broth. I found a little ray of sunshine that I didn't expect in the form of an egg yolk...
Outstanding menu! For someone who has never tried subdubu (soft tofu stew) before, I'm in love. I highly recommend the beef sundubu -- very tasty and perfect for a chilly fall day here in Texas! The pan-fried fish dishes are excellent and come to your table wicked-hot, and yet light and flaky and super fresh.
