Olivia was amazing her service was perfect she totally attended to our table and provided a great experience for everyone at our table and her sushi recommendations were delicious.

Olivia was our server and she was great! She was very attentive so our table never needed anything, and she was a blast to have as our server, making our friend Emily’s birthday really memorable! She should get a raise 😁

I have never had eel this good in my life and our service was great. They should give Olivia a raise and then promote her and then give her another raise.

Used to like it. It went downhill recently. Especially bad customer service from the girl who called herself the acting manager.
Appalling customer service. We (2 people) came in and were seated, everything was fine. We got our drinks, placed our orders. And food came out in a timely manner(A few wrong/missed items). The server was nice. At around the 30-45 minute mark he checks on us again, and we say we are chilling still touching on the food. A few minutes later a girl who introduces herself as the manager comes and says that “the server told me you wanted the check?” We said no, we are still eating. She continued to say “well if you want to take this home I will only charge you like $7-8. I can work out a deal with you.”
But we are still eating and talking. We also clarified with her that we are not even halfway through the 2 hour time limit.
She still pushes AGAIN and says well then for future reference, I will be able to get you a box to take home these items and it won’t be costly and I will work out a deal with you. Etc.
Pushy behavior. From a manager that doesnt know how to do her job. The server came back apologetic and we get it. Its an honest mistake. He misheard us. But the “manager” shouldve just shut up, let us enjoy our meal that we are paying for and stop pushing when we said we are still eating and didnt ask for the check.
We loved Sushi Masa before. But its not the same anymore. Disappointing. 1 star because the server was nice.

Terrible service, unpleasant attitude, disrespectful to customers, they even charged for a baby's food. I've never seen a restaurant like this before. We were a group of 15 people, spending a lot of money, and the service was so bad they wanted to kick us out. I will never come back. And I will tell all my friends not to come here again.

Literally called just now I asked what is their address the person on the phone says how did you get our phone number the address is right underneath the phone number I said are you kidding me this is how you speak to customers and she hung up I called back and asked if they had hibachi I said I can't hear you and she hung up on me again so I called again and I said you are so rude this is how they treat their customers well so I decided not to go there went to a different restaurant..
PLEASE BRING BACK THE NEMO ROLL!! 😭😭 We had a great time though! Becca was our server and she was great and the food was amazing 👌

I used to love this restaurant for our monthly outings, but our recent visit was disappointing.
We began with an unexpected, frustrating wait; it took 10 minutes to receive our food, and I had to ask again for the soup I ordered. The service has slowed dramatically, impacting the overall experience. The menu has changed, and not for the better. The dishes we ordered were altered or removed, and the flavors we loved were muddled.
The atmosphere was also disturbing. A nearby table of young men were loud and inappropriate, making conversation difficult. The manager ignored the situation.
Sadly, we won’t return.

Great place for anyone who enjoys quality food and friendly service. Everything came out beautifully prepared, and the staff made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Definitely worth a visit.

We LOVED this place. I even had friends who come visit me ask as one request to go here. Now with new management the free sake beer and wine is gone, no more noodle dishes and lots of chicken dishes removed, and overall WAY less options for MORE money. I am so soooo tired of greed getting to these companies and ruining amazing places.
We are all so nickel and dimed for everything and I’m sick of it. Won’t be coming back anymore.
I would come here constantly as it was a great place for so much high quality sushi. I came back here yesterday not aware of the new management but it's so painfully apparent with the new menu and higher prices. The staff was cold and not attentive, most of the time we were waiting more than 10 minutes for food or some were forgotten. We were seated near a huge party of men who were so very loud it hurt our ears and as they yelled about inappropriate things, the manager just stared and walked past them. When we decided to leave, we got our drinks to go but I had to ask for a different one as mine was too foamy and tasted wrong, and when I asked for this first a server never brought it, then the other rudely questioned me about it. It's unfortunate but I will be taking my business elsewhere
