The food is always fresh and the owner and his team consistently go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. For example, they proactively provide extra cutlery and plates for my 2 year old son. We ordered the tempura + udon, crunchy roll, and chicken curry katsu bento box. The sushi is high quality; even the california rolls taste good, and i’m not usually a fan. I prefer to order their sushi anytime I go.

Some of the best sushi I’ve had in the area. I got the hot nights roll. Spicy but nothing too crazy. So yummy! We ordered online and picked it up. It’s in a food court type of area. I wouldn’t necessarily go here to sit down, but for take out, it’s great.

I’m pregnant, so i’m not eating sushi, but Andy was soooo nice and recommended a chicken katsu bento box and it was the best I’ve ever had! Then he made us a special dessert that looked like art! The NICEST owner and the most delicious food. My husband swears it’s the best sushi he has ever had

I have been a regular here since they opened. Our family is difficult to please and everyone wants something different so the food court is where we go. But sushi spot stands out from the crowd.
There are no small amount of choices in the area, you could. Probably eat at a different sushi spot every day for a month and not leave plano.
Andy the owner is the truest most genuine person I've ever met, he is kind and always gives the best service.
The food is top notch, just order a cali roll and compare it to frankly, anywhere. You'll see the difference. The "chefs mistake" in particular is a family favorite. You can't go wrong here.

I ordered the Salmon Paradise poke bowl, and it tasted fantastic. The bowl contained many ingredients that complemented each other very well. Staffs were super friendly and helpful. One of them knew I speak Vietnamese so he said "hello" and "thank you" in Vietnamese and I was impressed ?.

This place used to be good but things have changed. They've raised prices by A LOT and the amount of food is less. Not sure what happened but these prices are more than any other place in that food court. We got the chashu bento and in the picture it showed 4 large pieces of chashu. What we got was like 1 or 2 chashu cut into 5 small pieces; I'm still hungry. Not worth it. Also they changed the salad dressing and it's no good. I won't be coming back.

I dropped by for the first time today and I’m pleasantly surprised! I ordered a California Roll and a Crunch Roll… both were amazing!
The tables weren’t very clean, but I did go at a busy lunch time. I had take out anyway, but overall it was two thumbs up! Definitely going back!

Saw that this place was on the Top 100 on Yelp. We got the Gyudon bento box, eel hand roll, salmon hand roll, and a build your own poke bowl.
The gyudon was pretty good. Meat was tender and well marinated. It came with 4 pieces of California roll, 2 pieces of gyoza, salad, and a cup of miso soup.
The salmon hand roll and eel hand roll were decent. The quality of the salmon was good and it tasted and smelled fresh. I had high expectations for this place but it just didn't live up to being top 100.
