Great food; great place, terrible service. Was given sarcastic responses when I asked if all their teas were caffeineted and when I asked how to process my transaction as credit vs debit. Then when I went to pick something up from the counter the two employees were having a snarky conversation about me. I think people forget how much service interactions impact the entire experience.

Partner and I love this place and stop by pretty much every time we are in the area. We’ve tried a variety from buns to mousses to cheesecakes to drinks and are generally always satisfied. Expect the sweets to be less sweet than an American bakery (but they are all beautiful and still very yummy).

Tonight in particular, partner got a cinnamon roll and bun, and I got a strawberry mousse. We shared a mint chocolate chip frappe. As a huge fan of mint chocolate chip, this frap was amazing and way better than my attempt to make it at Starbucks. Instantly addicted. The mousse is decently sweet and tastes mildly of strawberry cream cheese.

It’s definitely a popular study spot and we always see college students with their laptops when we are here.

Would recommend! I prefer this over 85 degrees.

I have been here several times and forgotten to complete a review. It's very good the drinks are incredibly tasty. I like vary the sugar level, the pastries are always fresh. I have enjoyed several of their pastries. I think my favorite is the chocolate and vanilla cream puff.

I traveled 20 minutes to get food here, and after placing my order, I waited for 15 to 20 minutes. Then they told me they were out of food and asked me to choose something else. On top of that, the person handling the orders removed the label from my food, which was chicken nuggets, gave it to someone else, and then told me they were out of it. Please don't waste customers' time.

Ordered the midnight lady cake for my husband’s birthday.. it was most, soft, flavourful and fresh. Would order again ♥️

The taro cake was amazing! Super soft, easy on the sweetness and light on the palette! Definitely recommend!

We like the place, just wish that if we have spent $50 or more they would have provided us with a complimentary paper box. They charge $2 for a small box. With $50 or more worth of goodies we would need at least 3 of those boxes. I was bringing them as a gift and didn't want it just in a plastic bag or a clear plastic box. But to pay $10 more for boxes seems excessive.

They have a nice eating area on the side. It seems to be like 85 degrees, but better. A cute hang out place. We actually like their baked goods better than 85 degrees. We haven't tried their cakes or drinks so can't compare. But if you are in the area and crave sweets, this is the place.

It is located in a shopping plaza so plenty of parking. Just a weird design for parking and watch out for Asian drivers.

This place is a hidden gem! Absolutely incredible bakery items. The place is clean and organized. The white bread is some of the best sliced bread I have ever had. 1000% worth every calorie!

This is second time and Bad experience ordering through Uber when order is placed for scheduled time and we couldn’t get it on time and our all plan got spoiled without cake for Birthday and Anniversary.
