I ordered a mango refresher. It was made by some guy with curly black hair who looked like he was high. He spilled some of my drink as he carried it out to me. I told him to get me a new one but he didn’t understand. I took the drink home and found a couple of his long black curly hairs in my drink. Nasty and disgusting. Won’t ever order from here again.

Very loud inside with teenagers. Tiramisu was bad. Their tiramisu was a joke. Mango moose was good.

I’ve been coming to this lovely bakery for ever!! So I made a quick stop in this evening, and I met one of the kindness-new workers m name is Bryan.
If he hadn’t advised that he’s new here I would have never known-guess he’s a natural.
His warm smile lightened up my heavy heart.

I've found my new favorite sweet shop! The cakes are gorgeous and delicious. The chocolate mousse cake is to die for, the whole thing melts in your mouth, including the cake base.

The staff is delightful and the atmosphere is super cozy and comfortable. I will definitely be back.

I’ve been a loyal Sweet Hut customer for over six years, always ordering the same drink, Red Thai Milk Tea. But my experience on Saturday, July 19 around 8 PM was shockingly rude, thanks to the young Asian girl working the front counter.

When I placed my order, she shouted “What?!” at me, not once, but twice, in a completely unprofessional and condescending tone. I repeated myself clearly both times. She then claimed there’s no such thing as “Red Thai Milk Tea,” which is absurd since it’s literally what I order every time. I even had to pull up a previous DoorDash receipt to prove it “ only then did she acknowledge the drink.

She acted like a total jerk, treating me like I was the problem instead of helping clarify anything. What made it worse was watching her speak kindly and patiently with customers of other ethnicities, while I an Indian customer was met with attitude, dismissiveness, and zero courtesy. It felt incredibly disrespectful and discriminatory.

Sweet Hut, if this is how your loyal customers are going to be treated, it’s a serious issue. You need to train your staff better especially those working weekend evenings to treat all customers with basic decency and professionalism. I won’t tolerate being belittled or talked down to by someone who clearly doesn’t understand what customer service means.

I’ve placed an order for delivery. And called to ask if happy birthday can be added to the cake and was told -sure! I’ve ordered a Black Forest Cake. It arrived not only without any happy birthday note but also there were no cherries inside! Not even one! Me, birthday person and guests were excited for this cake and we tried Black Forest before and knew it has cherries between layers. Not this one! It was embarrassing for me when we cut the cake and disappointing overall..It tasted like regular cheap supermarket cake but for much higher price! I never bother to leave bad reviews but birthday experience was in part ruined because of this. It was my first and last time shopping here!

This place used to be my favorite bakery, but my recent experience was really disappointing.
I purchased four different types of bread; sadly, all of them had a cheese-like aftertaste and smell, even the sweet ones. I do not know if it was a mistake in the baking process or an issue with ingredients, but it was unexpected and unpleasant.

The service, on the other hand, was great as usual.
