We picked up our box of samples (three different flavor combinations) and were delighted to see that she had not just packaged little bites of cake, but had prepared three beautiful mini-cakes. So cute! And the taste! Mariela's gluten and dairy-free cakes are absolutely heavenly tasting!We met with her and gave her a general idea of the aesthetic vibe of our wedding (Texas wildflowers). She showed up exactly on time at the venue with a stunning two-layer cake with delicate, hand-painted wildflowers and tiny piped-on details that were even more beautiful than the real flowers at the wedding! Mariela was amazing! She made the most beautiful cookies for a bridal shower I was hosting, was open to my ideas and suggestions for what I wanted, and worked within my tight schedule. She even made me some extra cookies! My guests loved them and gushed over how cute they were! The taste was amazing and the cookies were nice and soft. Her pricing was pretty average with other vendors in the industry, but if you want it done right — go to mariela!

The cake was vanilla with raspberry jam and the cookies were vanilla frosted - they were absolutely delicious! Mariela was also super responsive and very sweet in person when we picked up our items before the party. We will definitely be ordering from Mariela again!
