Customer service suck i order a cheese nacho they gave me a cup of cheese NOT ONCE but twice on 2 different occassions then when you tell them you didnt ask for this they have a attitude like i messed up the order sno cones be dry no juice in the middle you pay for extra juice and cream and still dont get it i really liked this place but cant do it nomore

Paid $5.99 plus tax for watery corn in a cup. Lady was on her phone the whole time she took my order and could tell they didn’t even try. Prices are outrageous even for the shaved ice. Used to come to this place back in the day, but now I will not be back.

I drove all the way to Plano to TC’s Shaved Ice! The location closest to me closed. (Heartbroken) They have the best shaved ice as far as I’m concerned. I only wish you’d open another location in Dallas!

Been coming here for years it’s always been good. Have never had any complaints about the customer service. Maybe once it took a little longer than expected, but it was worth the wait. Too many crybabies on here crying about the smallest things or a one time.
This place never disappoints. They’ve been here for many years for a reason. I recommend it to everyone I know. My kids love the snow cones, my wife and I both love both the corn in a cup and the nachos. We are usually here 4-6 times a month.
