EVERYTHING in my bag was upside down, I didn’t get ANY of the sauce on the order ticket…
Been eating tacobell since the womb but they are over priced for sure.. everybody knows. Thanks for the mexican pizza. Bad habit appears they preload crunchy tacos before an order which get soggy and causes their destruction upon opening.

Do not get ice tea i got some today and saw stuff flowing around at the bottom of my cup didn't notice until I got back to work they are not cleaning the containers properly
Got a tostada that was pretty sad that I didn't get what I payed for, the service was alright the guy who took my order was distracted and he had to be told by his co worker that I was waiting in line. When I got there, there were 1 or 2 people inside of Taco Bell. But overall, I enjoyed my food there. 🙂

I went here at 3:18am and the lady don’t understand basic English. I repeated my meal 4 times at the call box and another 4 times at the window she too busy speaking in Spanish laughing with her co order and not paying attention . After finally understanding home she rung me up incorrectly charging me more than what I ask for because she can’t understand the difference between the name of the item and the quantity I asked for. If the menu says “3-cheese chicken flat bread” why would you ring up 3 when that’s the name? After she went back and forth with me about that she corrected the order I handed her my money she dropped it on the ground, she didn’t offer an apology, pointed at it and told me to get it “ it’s right there when there wasn’t room between the wall and me opening my car door. She closed the window and put half my money in the draw and went back to doing whatever. This was a piss poor experience I just ask for my money back which she only handed me back a dollar and not my change that she didn’t drop.

I've been at this store almost 15 minutes. There was 2 people in the store when I arrived. When I asked about my order the lady said that she has other orders before mine. So from my understanding, that means the drive through was more important than anything else. My pickup time was for 10:27. Right now it's 10:37 with nobody in the store. Don't waste your time or money at this place. They are beyond unprofessional on the very basic of levels.

The door says they open at 9 and the lights were on inside but the door was locked and staff did not answer the drive thru (though the automated message was on asking if you will be using the app).

They way, way prioritize drive through over dine in or carry out. It’s always faster to drive through and bring it inside or whatever. Staff hides in the kitchen and ignores dine in customers since there kiosks. They see you with an issue at the counter and won’t come over.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered the chalupa street tacos. The manager was rude as hell and just threw together my meal. They didn't even make it how the picture shows. Then when I bring it back in to tell them it's wrong and not even made remotely right, the manage said no it's right and then turned around and walked off. Worst taco bell no doubt.

The staff only appears to value productivity and not customer service. My order took way longer than expected/scheduled with no remorse or care from employees. I stood in the lobby to pick up for over 7mins before someone finally greeted me. I’m 6’4, ain’t no way it takes someone 7 minutes to see me.
